These are a little tighter than my other ones. If your fingers are around a size 7 or 8 or smaller, these will work great. I put it on the finger and roll it up and down. It stimulates blood flow. Only use for less than two minutes, though. I'm not sure why, but this was the warning on a different set of these. If you add the roller massager for joints to this, your fingers will be very happy!

At first I thought these were a joke. I purchased these for a family member because they thought it might help with anxiety. It took a long time to ship. They finally got here and i figured I might as well try one out. WOW! I don't know much but I do know these are very relaxing and I even keep one in my car! I would highly recommend trying one even if you are suspicious.

Complete waste of money they break after the first use. I have seven left the first three broke while on my non sausage finger. I give a two star because it does feel nice until it breaks. It’s not very good quality.

Excellent acupressure rings! For anyone who wants to experience comfortable blood flow to the fingers these will do the trick.

FYI - The golden rings were larger than the silver ones. I wear a size 8 ring on my wedding finger and the silver rings are just the perfect size for all my fingers. The golden ones were too big, so I ended up giving them to my husband since he has bigger fingers.

Too big for the average finger.
