Works great! This is the best topical pain product I have tried. I have severe arthritis and have used topical for years. I have used other lower dose capsaicin creams and not only do they burn more, they are not nearly as effective as Painbloc24. The company talks about pain relief building after a few days and I experienced that as well. It works OK the first day, but is FANTASTIC after a week of use. It does have minor burning stinging for the first day or two but after a few days of use that burning goes away. I like the roller ball. It's great for my knees and back.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees. The pain is excruciating and was limiting me in my daily life. I got cortisone shots in both knees, which did help somewhat , but took a week to kick in. Still had a significant amount of pain; though. In desperation, I started searching for something that would at least make the pain bearable. I came across this stuff and read the reviews. People were raving about this product and how effective it is. Of course, I was skeptical. It sounded like the holy grail of arthritis pain relief. I’m suspicious by nature, but I figured why not try it? It’s not going to break the bank, so if it doesn’t work,I’m not out much. Well, let me tell you, those 5 star reviews are not wrong !! I rolled the product on my knees and sides of each leg. It dries pretty quickly. Within a half hour, I had about 70% less pain !!! I was like” What.The.Hell ??? This stuff is amazing !!!!” That was yesterday. The insert says it becomes more effective with repeated use. So I applied it again today. I had almost no pain and could walk nearly normal instead of limping. This is the best I’ve felt in the last month and a half !!! I am planning on using this daily until they replace my knees. I know it sounds too good to be true, but this stuff really works. It blocks the pain receptors wherever you apply it. If you suffer from osteoarthritis pain, you owe it to yourself to give this a try. I never write reviews, but for this, I just had to. I just ordered 2 more because I don’t want to run out. I can’t recommend this product enough!!!

Ordered this and gave it a try, but the results were not good at all. It says to use every 24 hours; did that, and the pain does not go away at all and, in fact, increases each day forward til stopped using after 3 days. Thought there was a satisfaction guaranteed or return for refund, but apparently no such thing. Beware and avoid!

I had several issues with the product but my pain might be different than others. When I used it, within 5 mins, my lips were stinging. Not painful - just noticeable.Even after washing my hands, I could not rub my eyes because they burned. It did not eliminate the pain of RA but it did reduce it. My husband used it on an arthritic wrist and thought it worked ok.

I used this for some nerve issues in my thighs. It was quite effective, fast acting, and long-lasting. The only issue I have with it is that it takes a while to dry. If even a little bit touches your hands, I strongly recommend washing your hands vigorously and thoroughly before touching anything else.

At age 74, knee and elbow pain is a regular occurrence for me. I live in Minnesota and am very active outdoors, walking 5 to 7 miles a day. Fall is the toughest season for me with the damp chill reeking havoc on my joints. Up until now, none of the regular over the counter pain medications have been able to provide me any decent relief.I first tried the PainBloc24 on both my elbows for 2 days in a row with one application each day. I found the roller ball applicator on this to be really easy to use. It dried within several minutes and provided a slight warming around my elbows. It doesn't seem to have any odor at all. After an hour or so my pain was completely gone. The next day I applied it again even though my pain had not returned. On the third day I decided to give it a try it on my right knee and it worked just as well as it did on my elbows. I know its only been three days but I have to say this stuff is pretty amazing.

It does work at first - I will say that. I would suggest using it only once in a great while though...because it burned my toes. I'm not sure which is worse - arthritic pain or burn pain. I can tell you I've had open sores on my feet and toes that aren't improving and now psoriasis has taken over those spots. I am in horrific pain as I am typing this.The initial reason I used it was cramping and arthritic type pain in those areas. Now my toes bleed and peel every day. I just pray they get better so I can regain full use of my feet and be able to wear sandals again.

It really works. I used it the first day I received it, 3 or 4 days ago, and till now I am not having pain. I was suffering from a strong chronic lumbar area pain, I was desperated, I didn't know what else to do. I was having pain 24/7. Also, I couldn't sleep, the bed caused me pain, I was sleeping 2 to 3 hours only due to this horrific pain. Since the first day, I'm sleeping, I'm not using any magnets, I could play with my grandson all day, I am not taking pills... I have never given such an extensive opinion, but I know what pain is, I have suffered a lot, I have cried a lot and I do not want other people to go through what I have been through. I am not 100 percent healed because my spinal injuries are large, but it has improved by 80% and for me that is a lot. I can now do all my tasks without problems. I came to think that I would lose mobility, that I couldn't walk again, because the pain was so intense that I could hardly move my legs, but this product has really helped me. It is true that the first day I felt that I was burning because I wanted to feel better and I put on an amount - a little more than recommended, but now that I know how it works, I use it in the right amount and now I just feel a little heat that is going away a few minutes later. I hope it works for other people as it has worked for me.
