I’d love to give this 5 stars. I reordered this one after my first one broke - after years of trusty use. It was so good and easy to use. This new one clearly has a defect - you can see it. It doesn’t easily remove or discard the cork due to an irregular canal.

I bought the Rabbit, even though the reviews were not great. I had one for years and it worked fine. I should have listened to the reviews. I used the new one a handful of times and noticed it is not as easy to use as the previous one. Then I accidentally dropped it on the floor and now it will not work at all. I understand I did drop it but come on, I would think a wine opener would not be that delicate also considering the price! Apparently it is not the same quality as the previous Rabbit. I would not recommend wasting your money!

I bought this as a gift for my 89 year old neighbor. She was having trouble opening wine bottles until I gave this opener for a house gift. Bingo problem with arthritic hands went a way. David Blahnik

Bought one of these and it arrived with some of the parts (handle, etc.) disassembled. Unit was filthy, looked used.Received a replacement very quickly. Literally have opened 5 bottles of wine when the cork once removed from the bottle would not come off the unit unless I unscrewed it by hand. Now all it does is push the cork into to bottle of wine when I try to use it. Does not work, very cheap, plastic.

Dysfunctional wine opener. Screw pull does not line up with center of cork; often corks the bottle rather than extracting cork. When it works, does not properly hold cork for removal from device. Of the other similar devices I have owned (maybe 3 or 4), this is the worst. Off to the trash can for this one. Just junk!

I am very disappointed in this unit. it only lasted a few days. The construction of this unit is very poor and will not last.I would encourage you to consider other options. when a warranty/return policy is only 30 days, they are telling you about the confidence in their own product.

This only worked once. The gears got jammed immediately and wouldn’t work again. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on this.
