I originally was led to this by a woman that owns a Health Food store, has her own lab and actually created combo supplements in her own lab, back when you had to buy a bottle for every separate thing. She said you normally have to get this through a doctor or someone with a license like her, and she was right. I'm thinking because of the lithium in it? which helps with balancing your brain chemistry. I am not bipolar but this is an ingredient they are often prescribed. I’ve been taking it mostly since then. The magnesium and it helps me sleep as well as the minerals. It's my most expensive supplement but I think it has a lot of great ingredients and now thatI've moved it’s available on Amazon, which is great!

It is a good product. Recommended by my Chiropractor to take 4 tablets a day.. It is a bit expensive though. I have no negative symptoms at all.
