Sturdy, Flexible Lids That Actually Work
I tried twice with silicone lids from two different brands — both broke on the first use. These ones, however, are made of a moderately thick, strong, and stretchy silicone that doesn't tear. I'm really happy with them because they have good flexibility and are easy to use. I had no trouble learning how to put them on. They’re very well designed, with little tabs that make it easy to stretch and secure the lids so they don't slip off ceramic bowls. They're well made and very thoughtfully designed — really useful.Just don't forget to dry them thoroughly and let them air out before storing. The manufacturer even includes a mesh bag for that. Still, it's important to dry the lids well before storing them. Also, make sure your hands, the containers, and the surfaces you're sealing are completely dry and free of oil when putting the lids on.

Best lids, totally worth every penny
I bought these because I got into baking and hated how much plastic wrap I was wasting. These work great and fit a variety of sized bowls, cups and plates. I even used one to cover a ceramic loaf pan, 4 liter dough tub, and my KitchenAid large mixing bowl. I've had no problem with these ripping and they are stretchy. They seem well made, made to last. We don't have a dishwasher so I haven't tried them there. They come with a knit bag for drying. I have thrown the bag into the clothes dryer after washing them for quick use. If the bowl has moisture, condensation, oil or flour on it, the top does not stay on well. It's a simple fix, just make sure they are clean and dry before you use them. I definitely would buy these again and recommend them. They are a good green alternative to regular plastic, aluminum foil or other disposable wraps.

Mostly good
I got a pack of 6 to try out, after first look, they are pretty nice! The material feels good and not too thin, the little tabs are useful and also don't feel like they'll break. The packaging is very nice too, they come in a pretty neat woven cotton bag. However, after trying some out to see how they worked, I noticed that 3 of the 6 lids have very small air bubble holes, they work great for cups more similar to their sizes, but with things on the larger end of the spectrum, the holes open up and make it no longer sealed. But overall, I still like these and would probably buy more.

Works well
Better than using plastic, works on all types of containers. Stays on container and sealed as long as the proper size is used.

They work ok, wouldn't buy again though.
They work pretty well, it slips off bowls pretty easily if it needs to stretch at all though. And they're a pain to wash.Probably would try something like the beeswax cloth things instead next time.

Been waiting for these for a long time...
I love anything that reduces plastic waste. These may be some kind of silicone/plastic composite but just not going through rolls of plastic wrap has to be a net win. I bought some silicone sheets for the same purpose a while back, but they were too small (despite being advertised to stretch, and several ripped when I guess I overdid it), they were nearly invisible in the drawer we kept them in, and overall ended up being out of sight out of mind.So these lids, with their little mesh bag, somehow stay not only on my radar, but my husband's, and he is not as inclined to go searching for them. The range of sizes is excellent! The biggest one fits over our giant stainless mixing bowl, which is perfect, because sometimes we'll make a huge salad that only fits in there and finally we can keep it well covered. Plastic wrap didn't used to stay on anyhow. The lip on these and all the pull tabs really help to get it stretched across something and pulled on securely. They do not appear to leak either; I put one on a half-eaten can of peaches and tipped it over the sink and good to go, no dribbles. My husband puts them on half cantaloupes as he only cuts up one half at a time, and that works great. I put the small one on a half avocado and it kept amazingly well! I even put it over a square container that was too full for the original lid to work, and it just stretched over the food but stayed on the container.Hand washing it is a simple matter. I have wondered if I could dishwash it, but I know the detergents are harsh so I haven't tried. Since it's silicone I tend to think it'd be resilient. It's now in the drawer of foil, parchment, beeswax paper, in place of saran wrap. Very happy.

Same problem as others - too rigid, not enough sizes
About a decade ago, we decided to be more eco-friendly and purchased a set like this elsewhere. We quickly stopped using them because the lids were either too large or too small to fit our needs, and/or their rigidity required two people to put them on for a tight seal. Trying to do it alone resulted in spilled food or drinks and broken glassware. We went back to using cling wrap. If you want customers to actually be more eco-friendly, make your product more flexible and MAKE MORE SIZES. 6 is not enough.

Fits Oval Glass Bowl
I purchased size Large. Oval glass bowl measures 8 inch by 6 inch. Received 4 lids & nice storage bag. Lids seem thick enough & easy to install using tabs. Enough extra lip to mash down, burp & create suction. Strong enough to allow stacking covered bowl in fridge. Pleased with quality. Was expensive but exactly size I needed & worth it.
