Will Definitely BUY AGAIN!
When the price is right, the purchase is easy! When the product is a really good product, buying it again is even easier to do! The same package I have picked up at GNC and it was twice the price.

Using in home made energy gel for long bike rides.
I started making home made energy gels instead of buying GUs or any of the other expensive gels. The mix I'm using now is 6 parts maltodextrine powder, 3 parts fructose powder (this one here), 3 parts coconut oil powder, 400-800 mg fine ground salt, 1/4-1/2 tsp citric acid, and some kind of flavoring like drink powder or lemon juice. Mix it with enough hot water to make it semi-thick liquid. Let cool and pour into a squeeze flask like this fantastic one here. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5T5BRFN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1From what I've read this 2:1 malto/fructose ratio should allow for the max possible digestion of 300 calories an hour. It's worked well for me on multiple 6+ hr MTB training rides and the 2025 Rock Cobbler race in Bakersfield.

It takes very little to sweeten anything. If too much is used, there is a bitter taste.

A cost effective option for endurance fueling
Generally for higher fueling rates during endurance sports (e.g. over 60g of carbohydrates / 240 calories), studies show that you need a mix of glucose or similar (e.g. maltodextrin) and fructose, to take advance of multiple pathways of gut absorption. This has been my go to fructose for this purpose, generally using 240 cals of maltodextrin, and 100 cals of this fructose.

Using for DIY Energy Drink
You can pay rediculous amounts of money for SIS, Flow or other big name carb drinks or you can just buy ingredients on Amazon and make your own. Google DIY carb drink for a slew of recipes and research. I use a blend of Maltodextrin and Fructose to provide 80-90 grams of carbs per hour at a ratio of 60 grams from maltodextrin and 20-30 from fructose. This product seems to work just fine for me.

WARNING - THIS IS NOT ZERO CALORIE! IT'S 100% SUGAR
It is so shady that a normally reputable company would play this game with consumers. The law says if your serving is less than 5 calories, it can be sold as 0 calorie. This is sold with a serving size of 1 gram. But ALL sugar (to include straight fructose) is only 4 calories per gram. You could literally label a bag of straight sugar from the grocery store this exact same way. It is super shady. Tic Tacs do the same thing.DO NOT BUY THIS thinking it is a zero calorie sugar substitute!!

Great stuff!
Taste is great and it has a low GI rating, so no real insulin spike and rebound.
