Great set. Everything was as described. Perfect fit for our space. Instructions to put together were clear. Very comfortable, we love it!I also had a question for the seller and they replied to my email promptly and even did a follow up to ensure all was good.I Recommend this set without any hesitation.

This set comes in 3 packages: one large box, one smaller box, and one envelope with parts such as screws, nuts, bolts, and directions. At first, I thought I was missing items, but they arrived shortly thereafter. In the meantime, I contacted customer service, and they supplied another set of parts and a PDF of the instructions.One of the sections (bottom) was drilled off center, and I could not tighten it properly making the connection weak and leaving a gap in the bottom seat. The wrench supplied is awful. It's very thin and hard to control making it a very tedious process to tighten the bolt while turning the Allen wrench. This was the most frustrating part of the whole assembly process aside from the misaligned hole for the screw.The last part of the assembly is adding the leveling adjusters. They were not in either parts package. I subsequently contacted CS to inquire about the missing parts - 8 in all, 4 for each chair. The responding service rep said that they were not included according to the picture! Really? You can't see nuts and bolts or screws in the picture either, but they were in the package. This person asked me if I wouldn't mind purchasing them locally. I chalk that up to ignorance because CS provided a PDF with the part clearly noted in the directions. I recontacted them about this, but as of this writing, I have not heard back from the vendor.

I wanted some plastic wicker “Plicker” these seem to be a good fit for my new front patio… When the package arrived just the chairs and cushions and table came, but there were no screws in the package and no instructions. Several days later, the screws for the table came in several days later the screws for the chairs came. The instructions were not all that great, thank goodness my husband knows how to put things together. I don’t understand why the screws can’t come with the original package

Very well made and strong. Pretty simple to assemble but do yourself a favor and use a 10mm box wrench instead of the tool they give you.

We had requested instructions several times from reseller - they never sent correct instructions or the hardware they sent with the package was not correct. We have been in the process trying to return - the manufacturer has been very difficult o work with - hoping to get refund soon, but still haven't received

I like this set! It just fits on our small front porch. It came in 3 different and arrived at different times in the span of two weeks. My husband and I put it together in a couple of hours. Read instructions carefully...the table legs go on the outside of the side of the table that measures 17.5 inches. My husband wishes the chairs were a little larger. He's a little over 6 ft. tall. But, overall a nice set for the money!

Product came in two separate shipments. Only one was tracked via Amazon. Fairly difficult to assemble. Not a fun process. After it was all over, went to peel off the large stickers that identified each part and they are the cheap kind that come off in pieces. After all that work now I have another job. Clean off the sticker remnants.

Very nice furniture. Highly recommended!
