Worst insoles ever
Put them in my work shoes. Within hours my feet and knees and heel started to hurt, could barely walk the day after using them. They're hard on heels. No way to return them. Disappointed.

Great product for bad feet
I have a problem with my ankles and these insoles provide great heel and arch support which means I can walk around without looking like an 80 year old.
