Using this as a refugium light and I'm only a few months in. having to prune my cheato every couple weeks at least. This light works great so far. Might even buy a backup incase it does give me problems down the road because I like it that much

I am using it for a refugium on my saltwater aquarium and so far it's doing great. I was worried about the heat build up but so far it is only warm to the touch so it doesnt seem like the heat is going to be an issue. It's a little annoying having to hook it into a timer (since I dont use any kind of aquarium controller) but for the price I can live with that.

It’s a pretty good light for the price point. Not super bright. Wouldn’t say it’s 150W but it does it’s job for what it is. Wouldn’t try to grow anything crazy with it.

Its a good cheap light for you cheato iv been using this in my sump and it grows cheato like crazy i definitely recommend just add a wifi timer amd ur all sent you dont need to buy those $150+ Light this will do the job!

Time will tell how well it does at growing chaeto, but this "150W" light only pulls 26w of power according to my Apex... It's also alot more white than I expected. It might do well at growing, but the power output is not as advertized at all. Not super happy.

Light gets pretty hot, but that’s normal. Incredible output for its size.I’m running it as a refugium light in a reef tank

Got it all set up and turned on and it worked great for about 2 minutes then just got super dim and now doesn't work at all.

Bright and draws correct wattage. Support growth well but the color is more of a daylight yellow and not a deep purple as advertised.
