Aura 500ml AMBER GLASS Bottles with BLACK Lids - PACK of 4

I have bought glass bottles in a few sizes to hold ingredients for making DIY e juice for vaping, such as Vegetable Glycerine, PG and nicotine. These have normal, flat lids, without a cone insert, which would help ensure the bottles seal tightly and do not let oxygen in, but I am going to be using these for VG and PG, for which it is not so critical. The lids do seal well, so don't think they'd leak, even with bottle lying down. Glass seems to be decent thickness and quality, and these were some of best priced glass bottles with normal lids I found, at £7 per litre capacity. They arrive in a box wrapped securely in cardboard. Bottles are 18 cm tall with lid, diameter at bottom is 6.5 cm, overall diameter about 7 cm. Opening/neck is 18 mm inside diameter, easily wide enough for a normal size funnel, and the neck is 2 cm tall. Lids are 3 cm outside diameter and 1 cm high.These would be suitable for anything you can put in glass bottles: cosmetics, essential oils etc. While more expensive than plastic, you can rest assured that you're not getting plasticides leaching into the contents and brown is best colour to exclude light (better than blue or other colours, I've read). Am pleased with these and would buy again and recommend.

Bought these bottles to replace the plastic ones I store my colloidal silver in. Silver needs to be stored in dark bottles and these aren't quite as dark as others I've used but fine stored in a cupboard away from light. The caps could be deeper. I did an experiment by placing, upside down filled with water, one of these bottles and one of my old ones with a deeper cap and after 30 minutes the old one was completely dry but the new one had ring of moisture round the edge of the cap. But who stores their bottles upside down anyway? All in all I'm happy with them and anticipate using them for years to come.

Excellent, just what I need to make my tinctures, they look good and were recommended by a good source that uses them all the time.

Lids just break too easy. First use.... Snapped in my hand..... Not great.

Excellent.Plain brown glass. Simple, straightforward screw lids. (not the stupid, clicky ones you have to push down Andy twist at the same time) and they came protectively wrapped only in cardboard . No Plastic! Thank you,
