My first impression is that this is very well made. I did not expect the high quality I received. The bottle itself has a really nice finish to it, it's a matte finish so it keeps the bottle from becoming slippery, that was a pleasant surprise and will be very beneficial.It comes with a cushioned sleeve to protect, insulate and prevent you getting wet from any sweating. The sleeve has a long strap for carrying and the bottle itself has a carabiner to attach it to a backpack, beltloop, etc. I bought the larger size so hanging it by a beltloop would be awkward in my opinion but still, excellent for a pack or bag.After assembling the unit, I filled it and turned it upside down to see if it leaked. It did not. Now, it will if you don't close the flip top but once closed, it did not leak, even if I shook it. The flip up mouth piece seems tight and sturdy without being too tight so as to make opening and closing a cumbersome project.So, nicely packaged, appears very well made and an American company. All excellent points! I will be taking it with me today for it's first use. If I find anything that is wrong or should be pointed out, I will come back and update. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I did not receive a discount, payment or whatever for my review. I just know that I rely on reviews for products and want to know I've received an honest one. Keeps drinks cold!The bottle came scuffed on the outside top of it with black markings. It's for my 9 year old son. So I can only imagine what the bottle will go through lol. He didn't seem to take notice anyway. There is a slight leak coming from the lid. When held upside down.Which makes me nervous. Since this bottle will be in his backpack with school work. Im not going to leave a bad review though because the bottle does its job!! Maybe the company can help me out with a replacement lid?The bottle beats paying $50+ for the hydroflask! I would-will order again if I ever need a new one.

I brought one a couple of years ago I had no problems with it at all just recently purchased a new one and they made a lot of improvements that I really love ….. One thing I must say at first I could not suck to the straw I don’t know if they did this as a safety mechanism to make sure nothing gets in the straw but I had to use my straw cleaner ( sold separately) to poke through the hole to clear it as if it may have been a seal in it and it was perfectly fine after that

UPDATED: after posting the below review, the sellers promptly sent me a replacement lid/straw/mouthpiece and it works perfectly! Great customer service, and definitely my favorite water bottle. Thank you!This is a great insulated water bottle, actually our third time purchasing since we love it so much and use them all the time! The lid mechanism is different than the previous two we ordered, it has a rubber attachment that makes the straw/mouthpiece unusable as you can't get any water out. I ordered a replacement lid because I still love the bottle itself, hoping it comes in soon so I can actually use the water bottle!

Be careful using the well-made carrier, because the container leaks when tilted, too, far. Great bottle that keeps ice frozen for many hours and keeps my carbonated water fizzy overnight! I would not want to take this in it’s carrier, because of the leakage, even when the cap is closed. Other than that, I highly recommend this bottle. It’s always with me, pretty much.

Not sure how these have such high ratings. I bought based on price, looks, ratings and references to good customer service. I discounted most of the complaints as customer abuse or exaggeration. Trust me, the complaints are legitimate.The good:-the price-the colors-it had a strawThe bad:- cheap, brittle lid- uncomfortable straw- cheap cover that doesn't really fit.The unfortunate:- the paint is nice but clearly too cheap. I bought 4 and all of them have these dirty looking smudges.- the straws are Ridgid cheap plastic- none of them fit in cup holders.I bought 4... 2 different sizes and three different colors and all of them had the same issues.I reached out to their customer support via email and they asked for the Amazon order. I provided them and their response was they couldn't pull up the order info with the two order numbers I provided.Not much help, but on the positive side, at least the responded to my email!

Best water bottle I have!! The first one I ordered had a defect in the straw and I had a replacement in my hands in 4 days! This company has great customer service!! This bottle is a perfect size! Trust me when I tell you that it's hard to find an insulated stainless bottle in 32oz WITH a straw lol! This one is fantastic! I left my bottle in the sun outside all day and I couldn't even touch the outside because it was so hot but the inside was still ice cold! You can't find another bottle this good for this price. I'm buying more sizes and colors for my husband and kids!!

The customer service has been fantastic. We ordered the 24 oz water bottle and it appeared to be a used so I initiated a return however, the vendor reached out and told me they sent out another bottle. I was very happy that they did this and so far, really like the product. We live in Phoenix and I bought the bottle for my 2nd grader who just drinks more when he has a straw (and insulated bottles tend to be heavy when you have a regular spout). It keeps his water cool all day and is skinny enough to fit in his water bottle holder on his backpack. I misplaced the straw and had to contact the vendor today and they sent me out a few extra straws. I hope they will make them available for sale because I purchased some online and they were too big (different vendor). The only issue I have is when we fill the bottle up with too much ice, it knocks the straw loose sometimes.

I’ve add all the drinking bottles but they have never been big enough and I was always refilling them are they LeakedBut this one doesn’t it is very good quality and easy to keep clean I’m really happy with it look at the photos I have put on the Review you won’t be disappointed you will be glad that you picked this one like I am and it is easy to unscrew it and I have cerebral palsy so if it’s easy for me it will definitely be easy for an able-bodied person And you can easily detach the straw and use it without the lid if you want to

I really like the colour of the bottle and it looks like it'll do the job. However I'm a little disappointed that the strap on the carry case has been sewn on upside down, causing the strap to be twisted. This for me, means the case is not going to be used as the lack of attention to detail means it will just bug me that I can't get it to lie flat.A bit of a warning for other users too, the base of the bottle is a little too wide for my car cup holders (exactly where I was hoping to use it the most!).This was the closest bottle I could find to having a thin mouth piece but for me, it's just not thin enough. I will be keeping an eye out for a replacement in the future I think.Overall, quite over priced for what I wanted but I'll use it over the next few days and see how I go

Got for my daughter. The straw wasn't very good or easy to drink with. Took the straw out, easier to drink but very noisy it has become.But on the other side, it is big so plenty of water can be taken with you. And the sleeve is the best part- filled it with cold water in the morning, 5 hours on the beach in Greece with 40° degree heat and for sometime it stayed in direct sunlight, the sleeve became very hot as it is black, BUT the water was the same cold!!!Love that it has a shoulder belt which helps to carry it around.If the straw /drinking mechanism was better, would have given it all 5*.Anyway, going to buy another one for myself.

this is the second swig savvy water bottle ive purchased. Now i know that it initially seems a bit on the pricey side, as you can get a plastic water bottle for around £5 but let me tell you this thing is worth every penny so much so that i brought another after trashing my last one ( still works great but i have dropped it on the concrete so many times now it looks 'well worn' )It keeps drinks hot ( or cold ) all day long! note that you should put drinks in at the temperature you want them to stay! i put room temperature water in and put it in the fridge thinking it would cool it. it was the hottest day of the year and to my surprise after 8 hours in the fridge it was still room temperature, the positive of this fail was that the bottle even when refrigerated did not change temperature proving the insulation on this thing is brilliant.Another great point which most people look straight past is the straw/mouthpiece. To save a few quid i brought a similar product from fitness bug which is a great bottle but when you've been training and really need to sup some water, you don't want to be sucking so hard to get a drink where as the swig savvy bottles flow wonderfully no struggle at all.the finish is great and the bottle looks really good, often catching attention from others.overall a great water bottle and worth every penny!if you've found this review helpful then hit the helpful button so others can see and benefit from an honest review!

Great bottle for keeping drinks cold, kept my water cold all day even when kept in the car in the heat of summer. However the straw is really difficult to drink through, you seem to have to suck really hard and only get a trickle. Would be better with a spout rather than a straw.
