I wasn't sure this would work for a wrap with a bridesmaid dress, and I scoured the reviews looking for info about this as all the pictures showed petite women. If you're large or busty, this style may not work well for you. With the clasp secured, my boobs looked like that had furry little wings. I thought it might work hanging, but because of the shape of the style, it wouldn't hang well open. I could probably have altered it somehow with a chain closure like I saw that someone else had done, but it wasn't worth it to me. I found another style and gave this to a thin friend. Just wanted to leave a note for other large/busty folks who are trying to figure out if this will work for them.

Wanted to give a 5 star review because the shawls are beautiful and very soft. Great quality for price. I bought 7 of them for my bridesmaids.I know it says not to wash them, which I didn’t, but I wanted to tumble dry them on low to fluff them up a bit and get out the wrinkles from being folded. No where did it say not to do this, not on here nor the tags, so I figured it was safe. I’ve tumble dried fake fur before on my jackets and they’ve been okay so I figured it must be okay for these.Well I took them out and the fur was completely matted and looked HORRIBLE. I was so upset. Luckily Amazon replaced them for free and I got new ones within a matter of days. They NEED to warn people not to put them in ANY kind of heat!! They weren’t even in that long, 10 minutes on low at best. Hopefully they will provide this information for future consumers.Happy they’ve been replaced without a fight and now i’ve learned my lesson for this new set!

I got married in January 2017. It was supposed to be a brisk day with a high of 34 degrees and 30% chance of snow, and we were planning to take our wedding photos outside. The guy's were all fine with their suit jackets, but my ladies didn't have anything to shield them from the cold. I didn't want us to wear miss matching jackets or something...so as a wedding gift, I got all of my bridesmaids (and myself) these faux fur shawls. It didn't snow, but the cold was biting and we were SOOOO thankful to have these! They made our outfits extra classy while keeping us warm. For the product, price, and overall value...100% would recommend!

I ordered this stole last minute for my outdoor elopement when I saw the weather was going to be chilly. I read so many reviews and looked at the pictures to find the right item to go with my ivory wedding dress and decided on the white and brown. Everyone was right! This stole is SO soft and warm and it looks rich. Everyone LOVED it and couldn't believe it was only $28 and from Amazon. I wore it right out of the bag and without the brooch (it has a clasp) and it didn't fall off my shoulders at all. It has a 1920s vibe but also made me feel like a Hallmark bride. If you're on the fence about it, I say go for it!

I'm giving this the lower stars because of pieces missing that were supposed to be apart of the item. The shawl itself is absolutely beautiful & great quality. I used my own sewing kit to put on a hook & eye so it can be worn closed. The broach I could have taken or left but since I paid for it... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolutely gorgeous shawl! I bought it for a 1920s speakeasy event and it definitely gave my costume that WOW factor. Im pretty busty and the clasp didn't fasten in the right place for me, but that was easily fixed with a big pin. A few of my smaller friends tried it on and the clasp was perfect for their little shoulders. The fur didn't fall out at all and I've actually worn the shawl a few times since my purchase, which I wasn't expecting. It adds a little glamour to every outfit I've paired it with.

Pros and cons:*Arrived exactly like the photo*Fluffs up nicely when removed from the package*Includes a free brooch, if you're into that-Had a smell when removed from the plastic packaging-Front clip closure is awkwardly placed if you have a larger bust, so I had to wear it a bit higher up on my shoulders to compensate-Sheds a TON. I wore it over an all-black ensemble and was covered in "hair" fibers within a few minutesIf you are using it one time for a special occasion, have a smaller frame up top (I'd say anything below a C cup is safe,) or have the energy to invest in blowdrying/deshedding, it's a decent buy.

Gorgeous shawl, perfect addition for a winter wedding/ event. I used it for my wedding in Texas, which is known for very mild winters, and it kept me warm during the outdoor photoshoot. The shawl has a white backing and a fold-over colar along the back which makes it dressier and more substantial but not adding bulk. It came with a brooch but it also has a bra-like hook and loop closure in the front. I felt very elegant and I believe it was the perfect addition to my dress.
