Very easy to build

This product is no more than a towel rack. Heater is virtually useless and totally ineffective. After 10 minutes, towel remains 99 percent at room temperature.

I use this towel warmer, and it does a great job....disperses heat much better than my previous one. It is very sturdy, but my only criticism is that I wish it were about 4 inches wider so it could accommodate the width of a bath towel without folding under the edges.

1st hour review. Setup was easy. Less than 1 hour to dry my morning shower towel. Unit reached 106 degrees (F) while covered with towel. Planning to connect to SmartThings Smart outlet to turn on in morning to warm towels and turn off after towels dried. Girl Friend delighted.

Burns my towels and over time makes them thread bare so that my towels rip. The unit is very hot so that you cannot put your hand on it without burning yourself. Since there's no temperature regulator, you can't turn the temp down. I use high quality 100% cotton towels. This has been happening for the last 1.5 years that I've had the unit and I'm on my 3rd set of towels since the first two sets got threadbare in the area that sits on the bar and eventually ripped. The newest towels I have now are white and the first day I put them on the rack, they had scorching on the part where they sit on the rail. Previously, I did not have white towels so it wasn't evident what the unit was actually doing to the towels daily, and you could only observe over time that the towels were getting thinner and thinner on the spot on the rail. Now with the white towels you can see the scorching that is occurring daily -- so the towels were ruined on day one, because they now have brown scorch marks on them, plus they will get burned through over time. This is my 2nd unit because my first unit did the same thing, but the first unit worked fine for a while. I thought I had a defective unit the first go round, but I believe this is an overall quality issue with these units and it's impossible to get a unit that won't burn your towels unless it has a temperature regulator -- however, the free standing units don't come with a temperature regulator. Disappointing that you cannot get a high-quality unit no matter what price you pay.

The review about this only having a 30 day warranty is bunk. It has a 5 YEAR warranty according to the mfg site. This is my second rack, the previous one having lasted 10 years. This one is 150 watts, which is twice as much as my old one and it is definitely hotter. Be forewarned it will cost you $10-$15 a month to operate full time.For those who say these don't get that hot dryer feel, you are correct but you CAN get close. The trick is to keep a "dummy towel" that yiou drape over the bathing towels. That will warm them up nice and toasty. Even so, you still don't get 360 coverage on all parts of the towel but it's better than nothing.

Well made, solid construction. Bought in summer, so we haven’t tested the heater yet.

Works perfectly and is now past the 6 month test.

I expected more heat for the price. Our bathroom is large so I should have done more research but I did keep it.
