It looks just like the pictures
Just ordered this for a birthday cake topper and was worried as there were not any reviews. I am happy to say it is cute and exactly as pictured.

Cute but need to assemble
Everything arrived and looked just as expected. It was packaged flat (bubbly envelope) and thankfully the postal service didn't bend the package since it's just paper and sticks (think lollipop-type sticks). Worked well on the 6" birthday cake I had ordered. My only surprise was that the ribbons on the "Happy Birthday" sign and the sticks on the clouds/hot air balloon/rainbow were not attached (-1 star). Nothing a little tape couldn't solve; I was just happy I got them a few days prior to my event so I could prepare them. Oh, I took another star off for the hot glue webs I had to clean off the ones that were glued to the stick and the "Happy Birthday" sign was separating from the glitter backing (I smashed it between some heavy books to keep them sticking together until the event). It's inexpensive and temporary and served it purpose.
