I thought these scrunchies where going to be cotton but they are actually chiffon. They are kinda cheap quality and the thread feels like its gonna break. They are also a little bigger than my product. They still do the job tho. For sure wouldn't buy again and defiantly not impressed with my purchase but I still like them and they are still useful.
