I wanted to love this product because I wanted an environmentally friendly alternative that took even less plastic than Method refills. I ran into an issue with the soap dispensers. The refill pods on the bottom are soft plastic so that you can squeeze them and push the concentrate into the bottle to refill. The issue is 2 fold. 1) the soft bottom of the bottle deforms making the bottle unable to sit completely flat on the counter...this isn't ideal but not a big deal by itself. 2) on one of my 3 bottles the bottom actually buckled and a tiny hole formed. I didn't realize there was a hole (see photo) and all of the concentrate leaked out all over my bathroom sink and down onto the floor. What a mess and I lost all 5 remaining refills in the pod.

I love foaming soap and typically buy Method until I found this and decided to try it. I followed the simple instructions and have a dispenser full of wonderfully smelling (Foaming) hand soap so now I am going to see what other products this company does. Says it has enough soap in base pod to make six full bottles which is amazing value - I did slightly overfill 1st time so will see how many refills I actually get. Love that this Product cuts down on so much plastic waste.

I bought this because I liked the idea of saving money by just buying refills, and not a whole another dispenser every time. These take 2 or 3 pumps to equal the amount of soap that Method (for example) foaming hand wash puts out, and the pump often doesn't pop up again after pressing it down, so I have to pull it up. I then discovered that I can buy refill foaming hand wash for my empty Method bottles.

Excellent product. Very efficient, smells excellent and feels amazing on the hands with a thorough clean.

many of the reviews talked about leaking and the bottom buckling on this product. I find that if you just unscrew and let a little bit of air in while it is still upside down during the refill process, and then retighten it works well. I have done four refills and have yet to have a leak and my bottle has not buckled. I waited to leave a review until I had used it for a while to make sure. The soap smells great and foams well..I am glad I bought 4 refills. I hope it's still around when I need more!

I liked the concept and the soap did a good job and was pleasant to use. Unfortunately the pump locked up and refused to work about three quarters of the way through the first fill. I tried cleaning out the pump and rotating the spout but nothing worked. It turned out to be a fairly expensive one use product that couldn’t even complete its first use. At least the bottle was recyclable

Love the concept; working and living in the environmental world and beliefs. Even ordered refills. However, bottle leaked very first time and fill up. Even refilled and readjusted to no avail. Disappointed in product. Love the soap and scents tho.

Love this soap. It has a very light scent so it’s not overpowering. Super convenient to just flip it over, fill the reserve and fill with water. We have soft water so we actually have to use less of the solution that it recommends.
