Very awesome , very detailed

This very short book (more of a booklet, really) contains a one-page, bilingual (English and Polish) introduction on the ship followed by approximately 20 pages of drawings by area. Also included are large, detailed drawings of specific components like the various AA-guns and structural fittings.In the center of the booklet is a two page, full-color, CAD rendering of the ship from the bow, stern, port, and starboard perspectives. This is most useful because it seems to be an excellent representation of the camouflage scheme on the ship during the Battle of the River Plate.The book also contains two folded inserts which contain plans of the ship in 1/200 scale.If you're a naval enthusiast looking to learn general information about the Graf Spee and its service career, you'll obviously want to start elsewhere as this just isn't that type of book. From a modeling perspective, however, I expect this to be a valuable and detailed resource.My only complaint is that there's no specific discussion of paint colors -- one would have to research the correct shades on one's own and then paint according to the rendering.

I used the product for information. I have several other sources for information. I also have copies of the movie 'Pursuit of the Graf Spee' Might come in handy if Iwere to model this ship.

Nice graphics and plans of the ship, would have liked a little more details and renderings of the ships camouflage paint. Bought with the the DVD of the battle of river plate which added for me a great amount of continuity.

Excellent guide for modelers of the venerable Graf Spee. Multiple views and color presentations are particularly useful.

fantastic book series, wish I had found them sooner, ideal for modeler looking for details, spent a fortune on other book but none are so detailed, the 3d thing is cute, but not necessary, highly recommend them for the detail hunter

This book did everything but float ! There was so much detail it’s overwhelming, more sharp, discernible images than one could hope for about one ship. AND THE RIGGINGS. For a modeller trying to achieve as much accuracy as possible the one singular item that is rarely shown to any degree if at all is the Riggings! Short range - Long range, modern antennas including early to present radars. Signalling lines and cable supports for masts and funnels. Now that book would be invaluable, if it could be produced. TOPDRAWINGS - Stefan Draminski -Graf Spee, WELL DONE!!

艦全体の側面図、平面図のみならず、各部分の図面も掲載されていますので、グラーフシュペーの模型を作るときはこの本と写真があれば重宝します。ひとつだけミスがあります。シート１の錨の縮尺は２００分の１ではなく１００分の１ですが、大したミスではありません。
