Free Shark Professional Contoured Swim Training Paddles

I am and average 6 ft male with medium sized hands. The Free shark fit my hands perfectly. The paddles did improve my hand position and stroke pattern. There are two good downsides: 1) I couldnt do my normal routine which cut down about 30% because I tired quicker. 2) My fingers felt like been bent backwards but recovered quickly. I would recommend these for individuals that want to up their workout for longer stamina and improvement in form.

I've never used paddles before. But I started taking a swimming class for triathletes and it has some drills where paddles come in handy. (I never realized that swimming with paddles can help your swim form when swimming without paddles.) And these things were "teh bomb". It was a bit surreal swimming with these. I felt like I was moving more slowly. But the clock doesn't lie. I was moving much faster with them than without them.

I highly recommend these.They greatly increase you grip on water. (I'll never fitness-swim without them again).They take a little getting used to and it's too bad they don't come with extra elastics and longer elastics but I still love them (until someone shows me a better product)I also recommend them if you're a SCUBA Diver but you will need to drastically modify the elastic configuration to fit your gloves/mittens and you'll need a keeper string so you don't lose them when you slip them off to work with your hands.

I would probably prefer a slightly smaller paddle but these do the job and good value for the price.

They stay on and do exactly what I want. Plastic is durable and they stay on my hands with minimal effort.

I love that these had a sizing chart. Great price. Good quality and comfortable. My new favorite workout tool.

Great paddles. The only modification I made was to tie knots on the ends of the tubing. Otherwise they came out to frequently.

I have medium female hands and theses are much too large. Can use with caution Good quality
