I purchased this earpiece because the reviews on the black color gave it 5 stars. However, the sound quality was very poor. It sounded very muffled and I could not hear anything clearly on my end. Maybe the one I received was defective, not sure. The only pro thing about it was it fit great around the ear and it did not hurt at all. Disappointed the product did not meet my expectations. I returned it for a refund.

I like that I can connect to my personal and business phone. What I don't like is the plastic piece that goes around the ear to hold the bluetooth in place, it's uncomfortable. I tried using just the part that goes into the ear but it kept falling out. I ended up using an around-the-ear holder from another bluetooth which is a little better but still uncomfortable.

It was a nice bluetooth earpiece but it just died after about 3 months, it won't charge or turn on. My husband said well it was inexpensive and it lasted the $15 or so we bought it for. I bought 2 of the same and both have died and will not charge at all. Of course it dies after the 30 day return policy so I cant do anything about it, just not buy this brand anymore.

As good as the price, plug uncomfortable, Big too big small too small, almost lost it trying to get it to fit right in my ear to hear the sound correctly

Works great battery life is correct. Does not have that much distance. I could only walk about 10 feet away

I could never get it to work on my Iphone 7. The box it came in make a great paper weight.
