Just ordered our second box...
My boyfriend and I LOVE these cups! Especially on cold mornings, he can take a to-go coffee with him to work and it stays hot and we haven't had a spill yet.The only issue is getting the cups apart.... But that's what you get when you buy cups with the corrugated outside instead of using those useless cardboard sleeves that ALWAYS fall off, especially in the car while you're driving and you don't notice the sleeve fell off until you try to put the cup back in the cup holder and it won't go in and you have to take your eyes off of the road to see what's going on.... These cups could save lives, people!!

Great Cups
These cups are great. They are durable, and the thickness is perfect. They are sharp looking, keep my coffee hot longer and shipped quickly.

Awesome, (usually) sturdy cup!
I use paper cups to take on my drive to work and then use throughout the day. I've given up on the commuter cups, because they always ended up being left at work so I couldn't use them the next day. We have an employee coffee machine at work, but in a different building, so when I refill, I refill big! This cup holds two servings of that machine's coffee. (Mostly decaf, in case people are wondering, LOL).I'd used this company's other (smooth sides) cups previously and was reasonably satisfied, although I'd had a few "duds" out of three orders where the lid wouldn't fit. I was intrigued when I saw these cups; I was a little hesitant to buy them because they cost more per cup than the others, but gave them a shot and I'm glad I did.The previous ones included sleeves which got loose and invariably slid off at inopportune times, usually getting left behind in the car's cup holder. I love that these cups don't need sleeves, and I can still pick up a fresh cup of coffee and it's not too hot to handle. The lids fit well, and go on easier than the other version. The whole cup just feels sturdier. These are so sturdy that, should I remember to take one home, I'm sure I could use it again the next day. These cups have survived the microwave with no problem. And for those who wonder, yes a straw fits through the hold; that is how I drink coffee on my way to work.Lastly, I have to compliment the company on their great customer service. They are very quick to reply to email and helped me out with a problem that wasn't their fault. Try these; you won't regret it.UPDATE after a month of use - one small irritant I've found is that the cups, which come stacked in side of each other, can be difficult to separate. I've had a few that I gave up on because I was in a hurry, and came back to later and managed to dislodge them. The other is a somewhat larger irritant, is that the bottom part sometimes leaks. Not the whole cup, and actually not even the very bottom, but the white "band" around the bottom edge, below the "corrugated" portion. I had one start to leak before I even made it out to my car. I thought at first it was because the cup is sitting in the drip tray of my coffee maker and perhaps it got wet, so I'm extra careful to clear that tray out. However, I never had that problem with my other cups (non-corrugated) from this company. It's only happened a few times, but should it become a more regular event, I'll have to go back to the old style. On the plus side, the lids on these go on more easily than the other model, and seem to stay on better.

Nice cup.
Quality cup. A little more expensive than other hot beverage to go cups, but the quality more than justifies the price. Lids fit tight and will not pop off once seated properly. No complaints.

Solid
I use these daily and they work perfectly for my morning coffee. I've previously used similar cups from other brands and these are far superior. The lids fit perfectly, no spills or leaks. No additional insulation is needed as the cup is designed to prevent excess heat loss and injury to your hands. Highly recommend!

Finally, the cup I’ve been looking for…
I go through a lot of disposable paper cups, and I’ve tried several brands. This is the first really good one I’ve tried. Most will get soggy or start leaking if you use them for too long, or have lids that don’t quite fit. These, on the other hand, are fantastic. Lids fit great, and they are extremely durable. No sogginess or leaking. They may cost a little more, but they are absolutely worth it. This will be my go-to product going forward.

Almost Perfect
I was using another cup from this manufacturer that I liked. It was problematic for me because I have arthritis in my thumbs and couldn’t navigate the protective cylindrical sleeve that slides on to it. For a while I’d been hoping this company would start making a 20+ ounce cup that had the textured surface for better handling. Boy was I thrilled when I saw these! They are everything I’d hoped with one caveat. If you like your drinks piping boiling hot fresh from the stovetop then this won’t be super protective. They’re ok for a few seconds but I had to switch from hand to hand every 7 seconds or so to make it back to my desk. After a 5 minute cool down it was ok and to be fair, I think this is the best one can expect from a cup of this type. That being said, I would buy these again. They held up well for me. Would love to see them in more colors!

Great Cup!
I decided to start making coffee at home instead of always buying it out. I took a chance on these cups and was pleasantly surprised. They are thick and sturdy. The lids fit well. I had no leaks. I did discover that they are tightly stacked together. Trying to pull them apart will cause rips. It's more effective to grab each cup by the lip of the cup and twist in order to release it from the stack. I will purchase again.
