it was my first time buying something like this. i really like the feel of the metal an its a pretty cool color. Easy to set up and it works.

The shift knob is very comfortable and the weight is about perfect helps me shift better and I really like that it came with multiple adapters would really recommend for the price and makes the interior look good only bad thing is I live in Florida and the shift knob gets hot but other than that I love it.

First the goods. It's a solid piece of metal that's thick and finished well so this is something that will last. The sun deteriorated the leather on my OEM shifter so that was a concern of mine. I put it in a 13 Tacoma and the silver was noticeably lighter that the silver paint interior but hey, it still looked good, not cheesy and was affordable. Now the not so goods. This thing sat ridiculously high because the adapters thread in the very bottom of the shifter knob. Look closely at the other review pics and you will get an idea of the height on those as well as the pics I have. It looked stupid that high. But, it can be made to work. I found a Teflon bushing from home depot that pressed into a 1/2 pvc pipe that created a bushing that could be threaded into the shifter way inside. The shifter cavity has a slight taper so the pipe has to be pressed in also and becomes very secure. See pics. It was a time consuming pain but I did it and it looks good now. The other things is that as others have said, this thing is a chunk of metal that gets hot in a hot car. I'm in AZ so the darn thing is way too hot to hold on to. But I only shift into drive and after that it cools down while I drive. This thing will also be cold as heck in the winter also. Some people say the plastic bushing it came with are hard to use because they don't come threaded. Meh, that's a minor thing in my book since anyone with a decent amount of know how and coordination should be able to get it done well enough. But then again was in the advanced mounting class. 4 stars for solid build, good quality, affordable cost and great finish. Deduct a star for time retrofitting.

I was reading the reviews and decided to buy it,it looks and feel awesome, solid product.Easy to install, there are 3 different adapters for installation, no rocket science.For those that complain about the item,don't leave a bad review just because you don't know how to install it,just return the item and move on,why blame someone else for your lack of skills.I recommend this product.

Smaller than expected but good quality and works well. Easy to install and machining and finish is nice.

It does not fit on a mini cooper with the adapters that comes with, anyways I was able to make it fit with some epoxy putty I was already expecting that, after that it look great and feels great , very good quality and finish, big improvement from the bid and round stock knob.

It was light weight looked good the comfort and grip was good. Just the quality of how it mounts is not safe. It uses plastic treads that can easily pull off
