It's paper
I did not know it was paper, thought it was plastic. Since it was paper and I couldn't use it I threw it away.

Very disappointing - and dirty!
This tube was filthy dirty when I received it. I want to use this for storing needlework, but I don't know if that's possible. I'm going to try to clean it, but I don't hold out any hope. Every inch of this tube was covered with dust or dirt. It looks like it has been rolled around in a parking lot for a week. What a disappointment!!!!!
