outstanding customer service!
Got the kit, opened it up and a piece was missing on the gun, causing it to not work at all. Contacted customer service and they replaced the gun with color of my choice. Got the new gun this morning and its in 1 piece. Very happy with their customer service. Thanks again.

Amazing. Very light weight. Converts to both cartridge and normal needle set up. Awesome gun!
I'm satisfied with this gun. I got it because I'm new at tattooing and coil guns are pretty heavy for my hand. I wanted something lighter. This is definitely lighter in weight. It is convertible from cartridge to normal needle and it was easy to do. I'm actually surprised at the quality and build of this gun. The power supply works but I wish it had some type of number identification for what wattage/volt you are at on the machine. There's no way off knowing what I'm at. So I use a different power supply. I'm very surprised and happy with the his little gun. Tattoos wonderfully and isn't heavy at all.
