So first off I did not attempt to install this myself. I have an awesome plumber and called him to do it. He said it was the first time installed one like this . He did a good job. Used my existing holes to install handle and sprayer. Added a higher hole for the rainfall shower head.The quality is decent for the price . The handle plate a little flimsy but could be the install.You have to pick rain fall or sprayer. You can’t run them at the same time .The temperature control is much better than what I had before.I did notice with first shower no all holes in rainfall had water pour out but could be my water pressure. I have old galvanized pipes.I like it so far . There is a little drip in rainfall when sprayer is on but again could be install not product .

So I am fixing up my house and ready to flip it, I did a complete bathroom tear out and right now I'm inside the wall and I just finished installing the mixer, I have all of the packs going in on the left and right for the hot and cold, one going up for the shower head, and one going down for the bath spout. There are no other connections to go for the handle.... I guess I was supposed to split off when coming down and then use a tee connector to get the handle part supplied, but even that doesn't make much sense to me. That means that when you turn on the handheld shower part your spout is going to be flowing, and then reach down and lift the shut off for the spout. And when you switch back to the shower, that means that the pressure will be relieved in that circuit and the spout is going to release. So you have to go through this whole configuration in your shower just to take a shower. I don't like that at all. So I am omitting the shower handle, which has dramatically changed what I thought this was all going to be. And therefore, I think this is a real pile of crap. And I'm not going to go to the process of calling the company in figuring everything out, I'm in a very tight schedule for a 10-week project and I am two days behind schedule. I'm not letting this be my third day behind. Also, the instructions are very poor. If you're a jack-of-all-trades perhaps you can get through it,

This is a great value shower set, color looks great, no issues with it so far. The one difficulty I had was that the instructions were super unclear about if you were supposed to cut the plastic housing down to the correct length. They need to improve or better translate the instructions so that its more clear how to cut or snap out the ridges to allow for flush installation.I think theres a sentence in there about cutting with pliers? Thats what you're looking for. I wish that was more descriptive.A good looking item for the cost for sure.

connection. The shower head is fine but the hand sprayer has water shooting right out of the connection piece. There are 3 washer rings inside around the screw piece that goes into the wall.

Do not over righting set screw or you will not be able to seal the fitting properly. Customer service was great!

Oh my goodness. It is beautiful. We absolutely love the look, love our new shower head combo. The Plummer said there were some complications. Water was leaking from the main shower head attached to the wall and they couldn't figure out at first. He returned to our house a couple of days later, he needed to step away, and then he figured it out the leak.A litter bit of a drawback, though, water builds up on top of the shower head. After each shower, we need to tilt the shower head to empty the water on top. We are not sure if that is common or we have a leak. Overall, love it and I would recommend it. Delivery was fast and no damage to the items.

What a relaxing shower that feels like rain. Wanted to make a change in the master bathroom - the gold was perfect and enjoyed the new shower. It was worth the money and added just the right touch.

I have MIXED FEELINGS about the faucet!!!! When I opened the packet the faucet felt a bit cheap (light weight) but i went ahead and got it installed. It looked AWESOME! I had a contractor installed it so I can't speak on installation challenges. The waterfall faucet & handheld faucet are great. The pressure is not strong but I actually like it and I normally love hard pressure showers. So... here is the PROBLEM, I just noted after 2 months of using the shower, the handheld base is chipping. That is so DISAPPOINTING because I really like the shower faucet and I wanted to renovate my bedroom bathroom and install the black faucet BUT after noticing the chipping in silver tone I think this problem would be worse if it was black. I don't think I'm going to use this faucet for my next project . It's a bummer :( because the chipping is going to drive me crazy. Seller, what recommendation do you have for me to get rid of chipping???

The hand held part of the shower combo cannot work for us because the threaded part that goes in the shower wall is way too short!! The contractor tried to get another piece to put in there but it would be a special order at the hardware store. I had to buy another separate hand held faucet from a hardware store to be put in instead. I'm very dissatisfied with this part of the shower set,we haven't tried the rain shower head yet so I'm hoping that part works for us!! I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I can't return everything because it's all hooked up in the wall to be tiled over. Please take this into consideration when ordering this kind of shower combo.Thank youRoberta

While it looks nice, the pipe arm connecting to the shower head does not fit on the the holes, nor does it match the rest of the product. Everything is chrome except for that piece, which is a brush nickel. I am very disappointed since this is an issue that you cannot tell until it is installed. So I have renovated my bathroom completely only to now find out that it doesn’t work. It is almost as though two products were returned and placed in mismatched boxes to be resold.

This is amazing value for the price. Both the shower head and hand held have a good stream when running at the same time. I took the water saver plug out because I like a lot of water pressure and I love this shower head as a result. It comes really nicely packaged like a high end faucet too!

The thread on the shower head broke when I tried to move the head like it's supposed to me moved. Now I'm stuck with a non working shower head in a finished shower.
