Plants love this light!!

I bought these for my indoor greenhouse (it's just a glass cabinet with shelves). After reading the other reviews, I was excited to see my plants flourish under these lights. They didn't disappoint. I've grown various plants under these lights, from flowers to herbs. I've also used them to start seeds for the garden, including jalapenos, bell peppers, cucumbers, and strawberries.I bought several more since the first two - they work great!Note: The instructions were a bit scattered, so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to attach the panels. Don't be like me - attach the connector piece with metal prongs before you connect the boards at the edges.

Update: After submitting my previous review, the seller contacted me and will issue a replacement. I am glad because this item is nice--my plants have flourished. It has even brought back life to plants I almost gave up on.Last May I purchased three sets of lights. Six months later, one malfunctioned, contacted the seller for a replacement. Received replacement. Three months later, another light stopped working. I contacted the seller several times, no response. Amazon gave me a refund. Nice item, but the seller has demonstrated poor customer service.

mine does not put off enough light too even cast a shadow. save your money.

I've been using these lights (2 sets) in a small tent for seedlings and clones. For my use they work pretty well. Obviously not enough light to bring anything but very small plants to fruit/flower.I do have a few things I wish were done better:1. The plug sucks. On a power strip it's so wide it causes the plugs on either side to be unusable.2. The connectors between panels feel very flimsy. Would have preferred a plug on each panel with a wire between.3. Speaking of connectors, these are so close to being daisy-chainable. 1 more connector on each board is all it would take.If you're looking to grow big plants, keep looking. These are great for clones/seedlings and probably decent for smaller house plants or maybe an indoor spice/herb garden.

I went back and forth between the grow light sticks vs. the panels. I went with this because of how it illuminates everything below it. No dead space. I was surprised at how bright it was as well. Very easy to put together and light weight. I used clamps to attach it to my shelf. My plants are now thriving.

Bought 2 sets and a better power supply to run both sets (4 boards) together for a cute plant shelf I made. These lights are great for the plants and they are all thriving!The LED boards get warm but not hot, i'd say a max of 80-85f.(Note: Picture only shows two of the boards on which is what comes when you buy it)

I was happy with this little grow light until the connector fell off. It was nice and bright and the microgreens I was growing under it did great. Sadly when I had to move the light, the connector fell off and trying to reattach it failed to work.
