First of all, I would just like to say I bought this with the intention of using it to protect my phone against dust/dirt. I work mostly outdoors and deal with a lot of dirt getting into every small crevice on all my phones. This has definitely helped protect my phone against dust buildup. I can't speak for the waterproof quality, but I performed the 30 min test and the seal withstood water from penetrating through the case. Ports are easily accessible, even though the covers latch on pretty tight (which is to maintain its seal). Sound quality is good and my fiancee says she can hear me just as fine as if I had no case on it. Overall, glad I gave this case a shot since I had not heard of them before.Only con I can think of is that the plastic makes the sides of the screen look like a rainbow color like it's dirty or something. Nothing significant, but worth noting.

When I recieved the case it looked exactly as what I ordered, and came in on time. It fits the Samsung Note 10 and protects from water just fine. However when using the fingerprint reader, make sure that you take off the little sticker from the inside, and check to see if nothing is on it. If there is something as small as even a little hair, it will interfere with the phone's fingerprint recognition. Just make sure the area for the fingerprint sensor is clean and when putting on the case hold that spot firmly as to not let any air trapped inside. I did a waterproof test, and the paper towels inside the phone case were completely dry, which satisfied me.This case was really good and I love it.

I just needed a case that would fit since everything is for the 10+ and this one looks and fits okay. I hate the screen piece because it's just a plastic that doesn't do much so i just popped it out. Haven't tested it out yet but it's alright for the price

This case is the real deal. The fingerprint reader is inaccessible but I'm ok with face recognition. I have had this case since Dec 2019 and it's appropriate to leave a 1 year review. I've dropped multiple times on hardwood floors and it hasn't let me down. I've dropped getting out of car with phone in lap and it's stood up to asphalt. Perfect solution for phone protection. phone still looks pristine when out of case. I use a toothpick to get dirt on edges. I've only cleaned case inside a handful of times, normally just do shirt wipe with exterior.

The case fits. It's easy to apply and remove. The buttons at the top and bottom of the screen require a harder push of the finger - that's not a deal-breaker. That's the good stuff. The one thing that makes me want to throw it out is this glaring circle in the lower-center part of the screen on the front. I think it's there for fingerprint stuff, but I'm not going to bother with that. Now I have a permanent circle on my screen until I can find a better case that has a built-in screen protector without this glaring feature.I'm going to return this case.

Love this very protective phone case! I have a tendency to drop my phone often and this case hold up well and protects my phone! Only complaint I have it the finger print reader doesn't work well with this case, you can go to your settings and improve the touch sensitivity but it helps with normal phone uses but the fingerprint sensor still can't pick up it most of the times. So I use my password or facial recognition! Overall good phone case!

I love the sturdiness of the case itself and have dropped it several time, but what I don't like is that the fingerprint section of the screen protector does not work on my phone which is a bummer. I'm considering removing the plastic cover and putting a tempered glass screen protector on will update the review once I do this .Highly disappointed with the screen protector because most of my apps I use fingerprint to open😢 but the case itself is awesome.
