SWIG SAVVY Stainless Steel Water Bottle - Vacuum Insulated & Wide Mouth Design - Reusable Sweat Proof Thermos Flask for Hot & Cold Drinks with Coffee Lid & Carrying Sleeve Pouch

I know other reviews have compared this product to Hydroflask, but I happen to own a 32 ounce Hydroflask that I purchased last summer, so I thought it might be helpful to do a head to head comparison. Last night at 10pm I filled both my 32 ounce Hydroflask and the 32 ounce Swig Savvy half way with ice cubes. I let them sit on the counter at room temperature until just now (18 hours later) and then poured the water that melted out of each into an identical glass. I wanted to see if ice melted faster in the Swig Savvy than in the product I already know and love. The results (see pictures) were virtually identical. The ice melted at exactly the same rate in this bottle as the other. Also, it's important to note just how little ice actually melted. I attempted to photograph it, but this bottle still had three quarters of the original ice after 18 hours on the counter.Not only does this bottle perform like Hydroflask, it also looks like my Hydroflask. The size is identical. The powder-coated matte finish is identical. The placement of the logos and text are identical. The only cosmetic difference I see is that the blue coating on my Swig Savvy extends all the way to the top and the Hydroflask has a shiny metal ring near the lid instead.All that said, this product is BETTER than Hydroflask for a couple of reasons. First, MSRP on the 32 ounce Hydroflask is more than the asking price on this item. Also, this item comes with accessories that the Hydroflask doesn't. I absolutely love the coffee lid that this product comes with. It turns this bottle into a perfect vessel for my morning cup (or, lets be serious, multiple cups) of coffee. It's virtually impossible to drink a hot liquid out of a bottle like this one without it. This product includes that accessory with the bottle, but Hydroflask charges extra. This product ALSO comes with an insulated neoprene carrying bag to prevent dings (please notice the dents in my Hydroflask) and offer even MORE insulation.So, you get the exact same performance plus extra accessories for less money? This product seems like the clear choice to me. Had I known about this product when I bought my Hydroflask, I would have purchased the Swig Savvy instead.While I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my review, these are my honest opinions about this product.

I have to say, this is thus far the BEST water bottle I've ever had. It literally keeps my water cool, even after leaving it in my extremely hot car. I'd recommend it to everyone. I haven't tried hot temperature beverages yet but I'm sure it works great! ALSO, with my butter fingers, I've dropped my bottle numerous of times and what can I say? "My bottle is a survivor." No scraps, yet, no dents, yet, no discoloration, yet.... I LOVE IT!

I have previously purchased Swig Savvy's SS Insulated water bottles and continue to be impressed with their quality and price. A few years ago I purchased a well-known and highly marketed SS Insulated water bottle from a retail store and found it to be very good but when I compare what I paid for that brand-named bottle and Swig Savvy's offerings, I see little to no difference in product quality...just more savings in my wallet!

My path to the swig started with my wife's request. She wanted an easy to fill and clean bottle that didn't leak . I bought her one of those trendy tumblers , but she hardly uses it. I found this and decided to give it a try. It doesn't leak , easy to fill, stays clean, isn't plastic and it keeps things cold . The sleeve is an added bonus. I liked her bottle so much I bought one for myself . Highly recommend for anyone that drinks water.

This is without a doubt the most worthless piece of garbage I have ever had the misfortune to waste my money on. It keep my drinks cold about as well as a paper cup does. For a variety of reasons, I didn't try to use this until long after the window for returning it closed, and it was worthless from the very first day I used it. After that I bought a more expensive product from Tiger, which works great, keeping those same drinks cold for at least 12 hours.So, why are there all those glowing reviews? My guess is that this comes down to quality control. In these sorts of containers, there is a seal between the inner and outer shells, keeping a vacuum in between the shells. If that seal breaks, or is manufactured poorly, the space fills with air and you get virtually no insulating effect. Clearly this item was made poorly, and if you look at the collection of good and bad reviews here, you can see that a substantial number of other people have had similar problems.So... don't gamble with your time and money. Pay a little more and get something for a company that cares about its products.

I gave this to my husband and it was his favorite gift last year! He uses this daily for coffee and occasionally for cold beverages. The size is nice (he wanted a larger container to sip coffee throughout the morning) and it stays hot/cold for a long time. The extra lid for sipping hot beverages works great. NO LEAKS! Has held up very well through some very rough treatment (he works outdoors) and drops.REVIEW UPDATE: One year later and this container is still going strong after daily use, except, the extra lid for sipping has deteriorated a bit. Doesn't leak, but the silicone looks cruddy and won't come clean. Leaks water with all the lids it comes with. Probably should have just spent the extra few dollars and picked up another hydroflask. The blue looks really good and the pouch is cool

I had such high hopes about this bottle. Before placing the order I was doing my research, reading reviews, was comparing similar bottles and finally stopped on this one.Such a disappointment. One of the lids (for coffee/tea) leaks, and not just a few drops, it literally leaks.Update: after several years of using the lid got broken, all the rubber part got torn - not recommending at all.
