Nice enough picture , sound ok.The remote has bad reviews so should have been updated by now but they have not done so.You have to get up close to tv to turn up or down so not really a remote be no good for disabled people also if you have Sky remoteIt turns up when you press down and nothing happens when you press up volume.The remote comes with a dongle in battery compartment...you need to put this in tv to pair your remote.It tells you on plastic bag but not on instructions.I had to call up as did not read the bag the lady was quick to answer and helped me to do .

I like the size of it,it looks good,and picture is fine.The remote is useless,and ,as a warning sign,you need to use up one of your USB ports, which is not good.The remote, did work eventually, but was slow to react,and then this stupid cursor, appeared and was so touchy it went everywhere.Luckily, I don't watch actual tv,I use my firestickstick, so finally got it on to hdmi then I was sorted.Great tv but lousy remote,which is a shame. Is it any wonder China ate leaders in this technology

So the telly is quite good to be fair, got it from amazon warehouse because it had a damaged box, the remote that came with it was a very rounded one with a flashing light on top, it hardly worked to be honest ended up ordering another one from cello a long square one. Now works great, didn’t think much to audio quality when first got it but seems ok now strangely enough? Overall decent telly just be prepared to shell out for another remote if you get the rounded edge version

Was so excited to be getting a 4K TV after hearing so much about clarity, depth etc etc.First thing I noticed upon arrival was a dented box. Great !!Ty Hermes.Took a video of sealed dented package just in case.Thankfully, the internal packaging was good enough not to damage the screen.Forget about plug n play, putting batteries into the remote and away you go. It took literally 10 mins to realise that batteries are NOT all you need. You’ll have to insert a USB (not mentioned in instructions) into the only USB port there is, to get the TV n remote to pair up so forget about running movies off a usb bc that one port has been used up by the RC.Tuning was easy enough, but it was picture quality that really let it down. After having a 65 inch 1080 to watch for the past 6 years I was really expecting to be blown away by the 4k picture. Tried all the HD channels, I couldn’t see any difference, if anything it seemed a worse picture than my 6 year old set.The response time after pressing a button was way too slow. It’s like 2 seconds to change from channel to channel once you’ve chosen what to watch. Pointing the remote, the on screen cursor wasn’t directly in front where you’d expect it to be.I really wish I could have left a great review, but I’m returning this TV today less than 24 hours after getting it.Avoid.

Wonderful television since I've had it, the last 2 years. Unfortunately, after the 2 years warranty elapsed it has stopped working. It has been 2 years and 4 days since I purchased it. Disappointed is not the right word at the minute.

Bought one of these and worked great for a couple of days.....then when I switched channels....the sound would go off and you have to reset it....sent it back and got a direct replacement .........same thing again.......worked great for like a week then boom....change channel....no sound ...final straw was trying to turn it off one night and it wouldn't switch on on the control......very disappointed in this product

Dislike the fact no instructionsTv is Ferguson but the warranty is for celloRemote is hard to installOver all reasonable for the price

The TV is good, but the remote with a mouse makes selection very slow and cumbersome to say the least. If you know of a replacement remote then let me know as I donr like this one at all.
