Thank goodness, it worked!
Oh Plant Nanny!!! Thank goodness I found you! I was going on a long vacation over the summer and had a peace lily plant that needed to be watered often. I had already worked so hard to grow a nice healthy plant and at the time I did not have someone to water my plants. I gave the Plant Nanny a try and was VERY pleased with the results. I followed the instructions which I think is most important. You want to saturate the soil before placing the Plant Nanny in so I added enough water where it started to drain a little bit from the bottom. I used a regular sized wine bottle with a longer, more slender neck and it was very easy to put in place without any mess. I did have someone watch over the house and plants just in case but they didn’t have to water the peace lily at all. The entire bottle lasted over 2 weeks and my plant looks perkier and healthier than ever. I am not using it on a regular basis since the results are so great. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a hard time remembering to water plants or someone who is going on vacation. Great product!

Such a great gift idea, I bought some for myself as well
I purchased a 4 pack of these as a present for my mother-in-law and she loved them. They kept her plants happy while she went away for a vacation. I recently purchased one for myself and it kept my planter of herbs happy while I was away for a long weekend. I will most likely purchase more in future for other parts of my garden. The terracotta is very natural looking and pretty, and I like that I can re-purpose my wine bottles. If you don't drink wine, you might be able to ask your neighbors if they can give you some of their old bottles instead of them tossing them into recycling!

Beats watering all the time..
Bought to replace some which had broken because I inadvertently mishandled them. They work great for my wife's herb garden.

Keep plants watered while traveling
These are the bomb and keep my plants alive while I travel (& in extreme summer heat when it is hard to keep up with watering potted plants). Highly recommend
