Thanks so much for the delicious Parmesan. We have ordered this several times and are always very happy with our purchase. Also, we very much appreciate the care you take packaging in insulated bags and dry ice. As always the product arrives cold and in perfect condition.

We haven’t had good parmigiana since before Covid hit. We can’t / don’t go anywhere unless it has curbside pickup (we’re in that “vulnerable” group of folks), finding this was like finding water in the desert! Great taste, awesome texture. Enjoyed it on fresh pasta tonight. Butter + parmigiana + fresh pasta. So simple. Heaven. A little pricey, but these are times where you put living over cost. Thank you. Packaged perfectly.

Great parmigiano, every time. Nutty, excellent, consistent moisture balance, great depth of flavor. Almost as important, these guys packaging and shipping is far above anybody else’s quality we’ve tried, and that matters a lot when you live far from the source and pay big bucks for cheese. Bravo!

Ok so this is my second time buying from these folks. First time was a charm. This time mediocre to poor at best. Cheese arrived warm, "gouged" and wrinkled for lack of better terms. Please see pictures. Once opened cheese was moist, soft and had a waxy, wet feel. In addition it does not have the dryness and granules I was hoping for. In my opinion, it was not aged two years or even two months and/or water from melted pack seeped through cheese covering. Naturally taste/flavor compromised and seems to have suffered and deteriorated during shipping. This cheese is not what I expected nor what I imagined I was paying for. Where is the wonderfully hard and delicious product I paid for? Woe to me and my Christmas cooking traditions.*****I want to thank Robert of Frank and Sal's Italian Market for his apology as well as a full refund. I realize these are trying times for all. Kudos to the seller! Ice packs were still frozen and cheese was perfect. Ordering cheese online is always hit or miss due to thermal issues, but they got it to me within 72hrs of shipping. Of course, the cheese is delicious as it's straight out of Italy.

A little expensive versus what I can buy locally, but a better cheese. Will probably buy again when this one is all used up

I ordered this as 'aged 2 year old parmigiano' the package just arrived and cheese is soft, has no granular structure (like it should) and has almost no taste. For the price this should be a hard/firm cheese with granular structure and have a complex taste profile. This is horribleUpdate- Seller promptly refunded my money. Thank You
