Q: Does anyone have a recommendation for better sounding a speaker and microphone

I have tested a few. this is the better so far. don't expect to hear a pin drop. get digital setup if you want best.

Q: Will this work with a HikVision camera system?

Theoretically this should work with any camera that has standard plugs. In reality this is a super tiny piece of plastic garbage not worth buying.

Q: Does it work with Sunba 601-d20x?

no. this is an analog mic speaker should plug into your recorder, not into the camera.
