Is this real gold or gold plated?

Dear ,this belly button ring is real 14K gold ,not gold Plated ,we have the text report .

Why has Mine has tarnished?

It shouldn’t have if it’s real gold. I have wore mine for over 2 years and it’s still beautiful.

yes, the top screw is solid 14K gold too.

Is there a way to get the top screw replaced? I love mine, its gold with a heart, but the screw came off, & is now lost. :(
