Love this mirror, could do easily have been 5 stars?Spent ages looking for some instructions, how to set the clock, how to dim the light, where to drill the holes to mount it!!It’s not obvious but on the back of the mirror is a QR code to scan which takes you to all the instruction manuals!Great, but you need a smart phone!And once the mirror is mounted you will need to take it down to scan the code to remember how to adjust the clock!Not perfect!The fixings are not the best, I had to buy new plugs and modify the screws it came with, they are 135mm long!The wall I mounted it to is 100mm thick!!They should provide you with fittings for solid and hollow walls!And finally the electric cable is only about 150mm long, so I had to go buy some cable so that it would reach a power source!But once fitted and all the issues overcome it is an amazing mirror!

I ordered this mirror back in July, but due to COVID didn't get around to installing it until late November. With hindsight I should have opened the package on receipt, but at the time I thought it would be better to leave it in the packaging to keep it safe. Unfortunately when I opened it, nearly 5 months later the mirror was broken in several places. I contacted Foram and asked if they would be willing to replace it even though it was quite q while since the original order. Thy had very few questions, just asking for was a picture of the mirror, and within 2 days they had approved my refund. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!

I finally got around to fitting this mirror and was disappointed to find a small amount of damage on the rh corner. The item was perfectly packed with no damage to carton, so I can only presume is was packed like that!It is a shame as otherwise it is a perfect solution to our Downstairs clock room.UPDATEThe seller contacted me and went to great lengths to ensure that the problem was solved. Customer service was outstanding.I have there fore changed my rating, as apart from the damage this was obviously a quality mirror.

Dont buy it.Options during the order has to be clearer.1) ordered 2 mirrors with additional options of make up mirror and sensor switch, which costs extra.However as you can see from the photos, make up mirror is at the middle of the mirror... and even though i am a tall female 175cm, 5.8F i cant use it well.Also if your mirror is next to wall or door, sensor doesnt work.2) when I tried to reach customer service to amend the order and add clock, weather to mirror. They didn’t understand my email and couldn’t explain which option they make it available. As you can see from the photos, there are several options and i liked only one of them.The customer service told me to cancel and re-order again but they couldn’t explain which display they offer. So i left the order as it is.3) returning such a big size mirror after opening the packaging is impossible.MY BEST SUGGESTION IS DONT BUY CUSTOMISED MIRROR VIA INTERNET. Waste of money and time.

This is a very stylish and beautiful mirror. We receive so many compliments on it whenever we have visitors. We are very pleased with it, the display showing weather and time etc is great and we play music through the Bluetooth speaker all the time. Absolutely chuffed with our purchase so bought another!

I bought this 1000mm x 700mm mirror last month. It was advertised as a basic mirror and it had options on adding on Demister, Bluetooth speaker, sensor switch etc. However, The option of selecting Demister was not there so I assumed that the Demister was included. The mirror came without demister and faulty touch switch, I emailed the company and they said they would change mirror but I would have to send the mirror back and then they would send me knew one, after negotiating they gave me 20% off because I did not want the hassle of sending the mirror back. Cut a long story short....I was disappointed because of misleading advertising and is too expensive for a basic mirror!

Appalling customer service! I ordered this mirror with customisations of 1) de- mister 2) Weather station/ clock 3) light sensor 4) Bluetooth and magnifying mirror , my order was accepted & my Electrian fit it , to find that 3 of these were not installed. I contacted Artforma straight away to be told I had to scan a bar code on the back of the mirror (mirror already mounted) i was then sent another which was incompatible. Eventually I was told that “CUSTOMISATIONS WERE NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SIZE OF MIRROR DESPITE THEM STILL BEING OFFERED. Ive now Been offered a date for the mirror to be picked up for return but WOULD NEED ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN TO REMOVE IT At my expense Not fit for purpose is an understatement . If you’re thinking of buying I would Give this company a very wide berth !! Thiswould advise anyone thinking of buying to give it a very wide berth!!!
