The media could not be loaded. Easy to swallow capsules. Keeps thrush away. I take one a day. No taste.

Not the cheapest but much better than the cheaper ones

Leaving an average review as I’m sure it’s not the product’s fault, but after 3 days of taking these - my stomach ballooned up and was rock-hard with bloating and awful pains after everything I ate. Stopped taking them for a few days and it subsided then tried again and after 2 days the same effects. It’s worth noting that these might not agree with you - definitely only start with 1 tablet or you may find yourself in some extreme discomfort!

Great product. I've used probiotics before but my usual four bacteria one did nothing after I had a bad stomach bug and couldn't digest any of my usual beans and greens without immense bloating and wind. For a vegan, not good. However, this one started to work after four or five days. I had bad wind for a couple of days but I'm not sure whether it was caused by a big fight amongst the bugs or whether I would have had it anyway. Suffice it to say, this has cured the problem completely and I can digest anything with no wind at all. As a byproduct, my acid reflux also seems to have disappeared, and I see someone else had been taking them for that so I guess that's the reason. I've had lowered immunity after a bad bout of shingles and steroids, so I'm hoping they may help with that as well if I keep them topped up occasionally. Overall very good product, highly recommended. NB: The capsules require refrigeration after opening.
