Tried many lip balms with sun protection for those blistering hot golf days. Some protected but tasted bad, some didn't really protect my lips from cracking whilst tasting pleasant. This was perfect and I got it at a good price.

Bought for holiday, usually end up with a cold sore when in the sun. Pleased to say, I was in the sun for 12 days and no cold sore. Worked well, skin remained soft and chap free.

I've tried lots of SPF lip balms, usually SPF30, which is mad as your lips are one of the thinnest skin parts of your body and more susceptible to sun damage.They seem to be either too hard and don't spread easily, if at all, onto your lips or leave a white residue.This lip balm is brilliant, applies easily with a mild vanilla scent and covers well with no residue.Can't attest to the SPF50, but my lips didn't feel dry while using and I didn't get a cold sore whilst using during very sunny conditions.
