I really like this product - I used it in the cole slaw that I made/canned, and used it in the dill pickles that I put up last summer. All these months later, about 10 months, I'm still opening jars of dill pickles and finding them to be wonderfully crunchy and delicious. Glad I discovered this product!

This container will last a LONG time
Pickling recipes call for just a small amount to keep pickles crisper longer. There is no "shelf life." This small container of 5.5oz should easily last me several home harvest seasons.

This product keeps pickles so much crisper when I process canned goods. I swear by it and ALWAYS use it. Keeps the crunch in my pickles.

Really Adds an Extra Crisp
I really like this product for homemade pickling (cucumbers & jalapenos). It didn't come with instructions on the package, so I used way too much the first time. You only need a little less than 1/2 of a teaspoon for a normal grocery sized pickle jar. Otherwise, there'll be an odd aftertaste to whatever it is you're pickling. This product adds an awesome crisp that's equivalent to store bought pickles. Your items will be yummy & addictive!!
