DC CollectiblesDesigner Series 1 Batman by Greg Capullo Action Figure

These DC Comics Designer Series are absolutely great! The quality, detail, sculpt and fun factor are amazingly high. In particular, this Batman figure I bought last but has become my favorite of the lot. I have them on my desk lighting up my mood during tense job hours.My only concern, not complaint, is that the batarangs are so tiny and easy to lose, but they look so cool in Batman's hand that I must leave them there... I'll have to figure out a way to stick them without damaging the figure.Thanks Toynk Toys for their prompt delivery, and for packaging so well my figure, it arrived in perfect condition. I am 100% satisfied with them.

I purchased this figure because I'm a fan of Greg Capullo's fantastic work on the New 52 Batman comics. This figure is around 6" and features a large amount of articulation that surprisingly does not take away from the gorgeous sculpt. The figure comes with three batarangs which fit in between the fingers on the left hand. The batarangs fit well, but not snug and given that they are quite small they can be easily lost if knocked loose so be mindful of that. This Batman is definitely a must have for Batman collectors and I strongly recommend it.

The figure came in its original packaging brand new. The box itself was fine except for the hanger attached that came broken off, but that was fine. Figure has great articulation at the shoulders and arms. The legs move back and forth but a split is impossible, was a little disappointed with that. The figure came with 3 incredibly small batarangs and two came out a little bent and another one broke. Nothing a little super glue cant fix, the figure came in great shape. It was a little stiff at first but after moving it around for a little it was just fine. Only complaint I have is the cape came out a little dirty but I will take that over my first order of this figure where it came out of the box very loose and its arm snapped off. Great figure just be careful, because its very stiff at first and if not treated carefully could easily break at first.

A great figure among a rather weak history of 6 inch scale figures of Batman. The articulation is, for the most part, amazing. The paint applications are top. My only complaint is the fact that most of the joints are held together with a weak, brittle plastci which forces you to use 2 hands to move most of them. Be warned, while the articulation is great, it's horrible to live in fear of breaking your Batman. Also take note that it is recommended 14 & up, meaning this is not a toy and should be treated as a collectible or poseable statue.

The belt looks like its been heavily stained. The mouth is nothing like the image, its actually more like a large red line. Its ashamed the Greg Capullo figure is the best Batman figure out there but i feel like after two years the manufacturers dont put as much effort as they used too. Also this is the fourth time I returned this item. I was expecting if i where to get another one that it would come out better but no. If you want the figure like it is in the photo just buy it off of someone from eBay.

Okay, when I first order this I immediately regretted it, but couldn't back out fast enough lol, wait.... so why five stars??? Here is why; this figure is much better made than I expected, and the articulations over all are pretty good, the only one that's pretty much impossible to move is the abdomen, I have had no luck and don't want to brake it, but everything else moves and remains in place. I used it in a few action shots and it worked great, I am posting a picture so anyone who wants it can see how far it can be pushed.

I bought two. The first one broke right out of the package and I sent it back. The foot snapped off. The second one was a scratched up and the knee cap popped off right out of the package and I have to fix it up with some paint, glue, and some sanding. The figure is not made that well but the overall design is very nice and the sculpt is great. It's obvious that DC doesn't have a great production line for these because it's a hit or miss on whether your figure will be flawed or not. I really like the figure which is why I gave it 3 stars. I just wish it was made better and with a little more care by the production team. It looks really cool though...

My god this is the most awesome Batman figure I have ever seen. 5/5 definitely pick this one up if you love Batman stuff.
