Bought this when we first got out phone thinking it will be durable. A month later and well at work the screws has fallen out. We used the extra ones that came with it and fixed it and several weeks later and those too fell out. So I ended up having to take the case off and go buy a new one.

Update.. I contacted the actual company to see if they would at least send me a replacement and they agreed to but then never sent it and will not reply back to my emails any longer. So if you buy this and have problems with it, just throw it away, the main maker of this doesn't care to do anything about it I'm sure they know its junk, just want your money!When it came I was so excited because I wanted something nice to protect my phone! I am so SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The fingerprint sensor won't work with this case on and the little plastic part that covers up the charger port has already broken off and it hasn't even been a week!! Its bulky so It makes it easy to hold but that's the only good thing i have to say about it!!

Conceptually, this is a great idea, but ... it was not waterproof for very long.The plastic nib for the headset jack fell off on day 2, so no more waterproof capabilities. The plastic cover for the charging port is a weak point and tore off in 1 month from normal use, once again not waterproof. The plastic connection at the wrist strap is weak and disconnects so the phone falls off strap. The case paint has chipped from numerous falls because case is heavy and falls off the strap or simply falls out of my hand because the case if big and heavy. It is so big and heavy I find myself using the wrist strap often for extra control.But on the plus side, the case can take a 5 foot fall onto concrete and asphalt well. The glass is solid, so they did that right. If the manufacturer improved the quality of the plastic, sent replacement plastic parts, and glued the nib onto the metal cover, this really could be a great case. They have much work to do before they are worth the cost.Other things to consider are that the heavy case may slightly block the signal, which is a problem if the signal is weak. Also, the different layers of the case are held together with 8 tiny hex screws. They do provide a small tool to tighten them, and if you don't tighten often, you will lose screws. I'm down to 6 of the 8 screws. You also want to keep the screws very tight so the touch screen works. If not, it is hit or miss if the touch screen will respond.I am on amazon again to buy a different type of case before this one falls apart from losing more screws.

Do not let this photo discourage you. Yes people have said it is a little hard to hear me but ai open the port where you charge your phone and they hear you just fine. I dont go in and out like others, that must be their service. Yes the fingerprint in the back doesn't work all that great. Cut it out if it's a problem. I wiped it a lot. It just gets smudgy, it's plastic. I had my case since May 2020 andbit protected my phone the entire time I had it. I'm about to order another one. The picture attached is the built in glass protector that cracked but protected my phones screen completely. No scratches or anything. I thought my screen cracked too but no!!!! Super excited the case did what it was supposed to do. Be your own judge. I'm clumsy and break everything but managed not to break this phone with the way that glass shattered. Hopefully I dont while I'm waiting.

Thought this case was great to start. Then the glass in the front cover broke after getting dropped one time. I sent a message to the seller and they said they would send another front of the case to replace it. The case never came and everytime I asked about it they would say its on the way. We bought this in Nov 2021 and still in April 2022 havent recvd it or heard anything more about it. I will never buy from this compnay again.

If you have anyone in your family that is hard on cell phones buy them this case. I bought this case for my 13 year old after he had gone through several phones with other cases that were okay but still allowed major damage in the end. This case has been AWESOME! It screws closed. Creating a good seal. It has a silicone inside case, a metal outer case, has a plastic piece over the fingerprint reader, and a tough glass touch screen protector. Everything you could want or need to protect your investment for an affordable price.

DO NOT BUY THIS CASE. At first I loved this Case but within a month the screws started falling out now I have to order screws because they have all come loose and fallen out I have only had the case 3 months. The biggest problem is my phone dropped off my bed and the screen shattered in only 3 months I would have expected so much more. And u cant buy another screen cover u would have to get a whole new front cover to ur case.

The description says its waterproof but after recieving it today the back of the carton says its splash proof. That sucks, I hate returning things because the description doesn't match. Also it doesn't fit Samsung's A20. It covers up the panoramic camera and has about a quarter inch of play. You also can't figer print with this device.

Absolutely rubbish didnt fit the phone properly and the glass smashed within an hour of my son texting on it, it shattered in his hands

Phone case holds the sound of callers and ring tone in and cannot hear them, callers cannot hear me speak. The touch screen does not work properly even with my phone set to the sensitive touch. Used it for 2 days and it was a terrible experience as I missed calls and the ones I did receive could barely hear me. I contacted the seller for a return and had no reply after I had to explain twice to them. I contacted Amazon and they had them contact me. Received the return label where I had to pay the postage which is more than the phone case. I do not recommend this case or Seller

A little on the heavy side, and bulky, but that is the price I have to pay for a me_self-proof phone case. Screen is not as touch sensitive with the protective plastic transparency, and that is an issue. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the quality and sturdiness. I am not ready to do a drop test (intentionally that is), but I am sure that the phone will survive my clumsiness.

Touch screen is badly desensitized by the built-in in cover. Phone audio on calls is muffled to the point of almost being useless. Trying to return product. Update : shipping back for return will cost 65% the value if the case......Seller has been ignoring me even though I sent a traceable return. They've had it a week and won't respond now. Don't buy here.

Con: Large, heavy, phone cannot be quickly removed from casePro: Durable, no leaks when placed for a few minutes in full sink, removable lanyard for extra securityAs i use it i will update with how well the phone works inside the case.So far after a few days of use there are no issues, touch scree works just fine, easy access to ports and doesn't seem to degrade photos. Sound and call quality is about the same as with the lifeproof cases.
