Solid and good quality
It is solid. The lock works very well not like other plastic versions I tried and had to return. It comes with two sets of screws in case you want to use the drilling or the nuts. Well thought. Good quality and price

Better than the ones at west marine, be sure to put an anti seize on the threads because it's all stainless steel and will gall if overtightened
