Very Smooth Ride, Feels Very Good Once You Get Used To It on a 1997 Suzuki Gsxr 750
I purchased this front tire for a 1997 Suzuki GSXR 750. This is a Sportsbike and buyers usually install racing tires on them, but since I don't use the bike for track days, I decided to try it. In addition, a lot of reviewers state that the tires designed for speed have a lower tread life, and for a regular rider like myself, tread life is key as I do not want to replace tires every 3-4,000 miles.I installed the tires last week and after the 100 mile break-in period started noting the tires performance and feel. I realized that, the tires have a smooth feel to them. (Unlike the feeling of, say Pirelli Diablo tires that feel like they are gripping the road well but reviewers comment on their low tread life) They don't have that 'grip the road' feeling to them and in the beginning this was a disturbing feeling. However, I decided to lean hard at corners and see how the tire would react and the feeling was superb. There was no feeling of losing control or wobbling of any kind. I began to appreciate this feeling and I am now used to it. I also rode in the rain for two days and there was no slippery feeling at all. Hopefully, the tire shall have a decent tread life and I shall make an update of the tire in a few months' time to show tread life, that is if I shall have not sold the bike!

Solid Tire!!
This was a solid product. It shipped and arrived in a reasonable amount of time and is a good tire. I am not a tire expert but performs as good as any Michelin Pilot Power 2CT I've ever owned as far as I can tell. The only thing that confused me was the tread pattern which appears to be reversed from a normal pattern. What I mean by this is that normally the water shedding tread pattern begins in the center of the tire and spreads to the putter edge as the tire were to rotate, well that is not the case for the front tire. The rear, from the same brand and model line, is as expected, opposite from the front tire. I don't like ridding in the rain so I don't foresee it being an issue but maybe there is some technology/knowledge that I don't know about yet.

I purchased this tire back in April 2015 and installed it right away. I immediately noticed a hop / bounce in the front end. Threw the tire back on the balancer and gave it a good spin. You could see the high spot every time it made a revolution. Bought a Pirelli and had it shipped 2 day as I was leaving for a trip and I warrantied the Continental (defective).

As Good As Stock for A Short Time
This tire is a great buy. I am a sport tourer and it does everything I want from a tire. Good handling, grip and wear. This is my second set. I have 30k on my sport bike.Update: 9-24-13,Really sorry I have an unfavorable follow-up. The tires have been wearing very well at 4000 miles however the front tire started causing a wobble particularly when slowing down. I had the steering bearing headset adjusted professionally and the wobble persisted. I then switched to another tire and the wobble disappeared.I called Continental and they would not make a adjustment unless the work was done by a dealer. Not worth it to me and if I did I would be faced with replacing with another possibly dangerous Continental tire.

Great Tire at a very good price!
I have used the Conti Motion tires before and am please with how they compare to other Sport Touring tires. W/o cost as a factor, they hold up well and have excellent traction wet or dry, warm or cool. Very little cupping until the very end of their life and confidence inspiring in all conditions. I like these as much as Avon Storms, PR2s or Perielli Angels and better than 020s, 021s, 023s, Dunlop RoadSmarts and either of the Shinko Advance or Ravens. Only the Shinkos are comparable in price, but they cup more quickly on the front of heavy bikes like my FJR.I recently bought one from an online tire vendor no thru Amazon and received a damaged tire due to the poor packaging. It was a hassle to ship the tire back and get a refund.I ordered the replacement thru Amazon at a excellent price and the tire was drop shipped to me from a vendor I had no experience with. The tire came quickly and with enough packaging to protect it from damage. These are great tires for under $200 a set when you can easily spend over $300 a set on quality Sport Touring tires. Excellent service thru Amazon, as usual.

I love these tires
I bought the 120/70 front and also the 160/60/17 rear, to replace the Metzler Roadtec8 tires on my Honda NC700X. I cannot comment on tread life, but I prefer the steering feel at turn in, and feedback at high lean angles the Conti's offer. Basically....I love these tires. Amazing quality for the price and very little weight was needed to balance them.

good tires
A great value. I am on my second set. Unbeatable price, good preformance, reasonable wear rate, comfotable and smooth. Don't lean too hard on wet surfaces though they will slip.
