Sound is so terrific
I am complete music buff and for me JBL Tune 120TWS is best… I have used a lot of earphones but this one is one of my top favourites… best sound, best design, best experience… Loved it!!

Remains on even if inside the case
Once the buds are back in the case the lights on the cover remain on for a very long time..

Product is defective after replacement as well
Please do not go for this product.Sound quality and all is good but the product is very defective. I got this product in June 2020 and within a month the right ear plug stopped working due to which paring of device was not possible. I went to service Center and got it replaced which took another one month .Again after this the same issue occurred with replaced product.Don’t know why is this happening again and again.Worst product quality. Wasted 7 k on this.

Though a bit pricey but after you start using it you will get to know that this one is truly worth it… JBL Tune 120TWS is the best… Completely wireless earphones… you can receive calls in just a click Sound quality is perfect for music lover like me.. I really liked it!!

Superb… JBL you are best
I bought this one after doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews… But there is no comparison to JBL.. It delivers the best sound quality with best design and completely safe storage… I can connect it to my Alexa as well. i say go for it BINDASS!

Right earbud not working and not able to recharge the same.
The product piece which I received is defective piece and right earbud which is the main component of this product is not working, I was not able to charge it also.Disappointed with JBL as well as Amazon for delivery defective piece and not having return policy for this product.
