Speck Products MightyShell + FACEPLATE Case for iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus - White/Charcoal Grey/Slate

I am so glad I bought this case. In the beginning I was not sure whether I would like it or not, but glad I made the decision to buy one. Case is very sturdy and tight which will protect my phone. The ruberized sides of the case provide a perfect grip experience, buttons are very responsive, cutout for the mute switch might be somewhat difficult depending on your finger size, cutouts for the headphones and cable are wide enough to allow the use of third party accesories which is great in my case, cutout for the rear camera is also wide enough to work very well with the flash, the matte finish on the back of the case is great to look at, scratch resistant, and very pleasant to touch. The faceplate is also a great screen protector and easy to install when following the written directions that come with the case. I did however get some bubbles at first but it was easily fixed by lifting the faceplate a little bit to push the bubbles out.This case is an excellent case in my opinion and I am looking forward to buy a couple more for the other iPhones in the family once Amazon states that it will not take about 1-2 months to ship. Also, if you like to switch cases often you may not like this case as it is hard to take out, so plan to keep this case on for a while. You can also reuse the faceplate which makes this case even greater.

Nice case from Speck but may be in real its not as impressive as in pictures.In back of packaging the words saying "it contains chemicals that are known to cause birth defects in California" made me feel really bad.But it is not bad after all I believe.I think the plastic should be a little more flexible to absorb impact if phone is dropped but it is more rigid than Spigen Tough Armour 2 layer case i am already using for 1 year and i liked most the raised edges on front side of thsi case to protect the screen of phone which is quite smaller in Spigen Tough Armor.Nevertheless the design color combo always fascinated me towards Speck so i bought it after 1 year of wait when price dropped down.

Pros: great case, slim(considering it is 2x military drop protection) and feels like it's made from high quality materials. Adds great grip. Ports are accessible and buttons are easy to use. Plenty of screen lip protection. Included screen protector is very protective.Con: I knocked off one star for two reasons. It's over priced for a plastic case and the screen protector is plastic not glass ( it causes poor screen image quality). It's not the worst plastic screen protector ever but obviously not as good as the glass ones. I'll eventually replace the screen protector for this reason.Edit: Also the plastic on each end of the bottom of the screen protector makes it near impossible to swipe up from the bottom for the settings bar.

Update: March 2016. The design flaw in this case seems to still be the issue of the rubber sides coming off. So I sent in another warranty request and they delivered another phone case. I asked for another case because I did not like the fact that this is my third case from them. They did not give me another type of case but did give me a 20% off coupon to buy a different case of choice. But I was told that this case has lifetime warranty on it. So I guess I'll be switching it out every 4-5 monthsUpdate: Oct 2015. Contacted Speck through their website and filled out what they required which would be your name and date on a sheet of paper, a receipt of your Speck purchase, and pics of the case. Fairly simple process. They sent the iPhone 6 case and not the Plus case. They told me I could keep the iPhone 6 case and they'll send the the plus case. Received the correct case in little under two weeks of submitting it for warranty.As with other customers who purchased this case, same thing happened to me after a few months of use. The rubber siding on the case is starting to peel off. Hoping to complain to Speck and see if I could get a replacement or my money back.Other than the sides peeling, the does feel solid and built to handle a fall.

Adds bulk to the sleek iPhone design but is a hugely protective case. The first thing I did when I unwrapped my new 6S-Plus was have it slip out of my hands and nearly drop it on the floor. So I could not get it into this case fast enough. I loved the Speck CandyShell case that I had for my 5S and am just as happy with this new case. If you put the faceplate cover on as soon as you unwrap (and clean) the phone, it goes on really easily and with no bubbles. You can certainly spend less on a case, but in my experience those cases eventually crack or fail and you end up buying another one. This is a case that will probably last longer than I own the phone. Love it.

I really like the color and I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone and it emerged unscathed. Unfortunately, the little rubber piece going around the phone has started to separate from the side and I will have to replace it so my phone will continue to have protection. Crazy enough, I WILL buy it again because despite the rubber coming off, I think it's safe to chalk it up to normal wear and tear. I mean, let's be real! It did the job of protecting my phone!

After purchasing 'more than a few' cases for my iphone 6+, I have finally found the case (for my daughter) that 'balances' the difference between being too thick/thin and providing [enough] protection. In my opinion, this case is about as thin as one can be *and still provide adequate protection*. Sure, there are cases produced that are not this thick---and then there are other cases produced that are akin to placing your phone 'in between 2 pieces of HUGE/THICK protection'.This case walks the line perfectly. It is just right in size, while providing the protection [she] needs.I will be ordering another case like this one (but another color ;) for myself.

I am happy with this case! It is slim & lightweight, but sturdy & protective. I'm not that fond of the included screen protector, which is color-coordinated to the case. If I want to swap out cases (some of us do like to dress up our phones by having multiple cases!), I'm stuck with the color family of the faceplate screen protector. It works fine; I just wish it were clear. Otherwise, love it!

Appears to be a good case. The texture is not as slippery as the candyshell finish. The faceplate is good, but not as nice as the tempered glass screen protectors. Touch sensitivity remains unaffected after application. Fyi, once you apply the faceplate, you cannot move it as dust will stick to the sticky side of the plastic. It cannot be removed with the sticky tool or tape. I learned this the hard way. I had to get a replacement and reapply it. The second time, it installed easily. Hopefully it will keep my phone safe. The case does have a lifetime warranty so I'm hoping it will be a good investment.
