Dedicated tool
Tool requires mounting to a solid surfaced as the decrimping action requires some level of force to operate.I mounted the tool to a 1x12x8 inch board which I can screw to a work bench or clamp down Easy to adjust and set up for large or small primer pockets. Pleased with the tool and find it fast, effective and of good quality.Only con is that it takes up bench space.

Its from RCBS hard to beat its value.
Very well made, easy to setup for the brand of brass you are doing(slight variation between brass case heads make sorting by brand worth your time), once it is setup the pockets always get swagged exactly as they need to be.Using a swagger on the pocket is way better than cutting out the crimp. It works the brass a touch more, but you are not removing part of the pockets, and at least for me it is very easy to end up removing way too much brass on the pockets causing the brass to wear out way quicker. Swagging fixed that issue, at least for me.

Man I love this thing!
I knew of swagers a long time ago but never really paid a lot of attention to them for some unknown reason. I reamed primer pockets using the manual cutters and even an RCBS case prep station for years. What a waste of time.If you're prepping crimped brass, you have to get something like this, regardless if its RCBS or Dillon, etc. It is simply a million times faster, easier and more precise. Yeah, it costs a bit more but it's so completely worth it.I also use a Trim Pro with the 3 way cutter head and powered with a cordless drill. I have the cutter and the swager mounted to a single 2x12 board, about 30 inches long with the trimmer at the upper right corner and the swager mounted about four inches below that. Trim, swage, done. So easy a caveman can do it.

Primers slide in like butter now!
Works like a chat for my military lake city brass. My primers slide right in like butter every time.

A must if you're reloading military grade ammo
The primer crimp is a bear to work around! This easily reforms the primer pocket so that standard primers fit snugly and properly, without problems. Setting it up is easy and once you have it dialed in you can swage hundreds of rounds quickly and consistently. In the spirit of full disclosure, the first few shells I processed, I didn't have the shell pin set at the right distance and the ram only pressed about 50% of the pocket. This wasn't a problem when I tried to press a primer into it. The primer seated half way and I was unable to push it any further without fear of it discharging. Once I figured out what I did wrong, it was a breeze to rectify with a gap gauge.
