Product is good. But if anything happens to the machine then you will not find the original spares if there is no Husqvarna Dealer/Service centre in your town. Then I suppose you have to patch it with parts from other manufacturers machines which may not be a good idea.Warranty has to be registered at Husqvarna's website but the seller did not send any warranty information. It seems Husqvarna does not want its products sold online as servicing/repairing its products at places where it has no dealers will be impossible.So find out if there is a dealer near you and then buy online. By trying to save a few hundred rupees by buying online may get you into trouble if you are not aware of the above.

Vendor did not deliver , parts came separately. Not much power for cut grass

I have bought this during the COVID times, there was a shortage in the labor . It does the good job of weed removal, bush removal etc, some time i feel its underpowered . May be i should've gone for a higher torque model. otherwise a decent performance , i have already completed the ROI( return of investment) of this product, close to 30 Hrs used till date .

Purchased this item even though it's a bit expensive than other brands because I thought being a Husqvarna, it would be reliable and worth the few extra money. After receiving the item I promptly tested it and it works fine. I used roughly two other times for around 20 minutes each time and left unused for about 2 weeks. Then the frustation began when I tried using it. It would start but when revving, it died. I contact a rep from the company and he asked to take it to local mechanic since I'm from a remote place. The mechanic somehow "fix" it and I was able to use it for a while with lots of vibration. So a rarely use it anymore. Anyway I decided to use today, and have been running for a while when the engine suddenly revv out of control. I tried adjusting the carb but that didn't help. I'm very very disappointed, frustrated even to the point that I'm thinking of burning it and sending the item back to the company. I don't usually write review s, positive or negative but I felt so betrayed with this product so the rant. Total crap.

We have been using this for last 10days continuously for 8hrs a day. its functioning like rock solid. i would recommend to go with this.
