Does the trick
I have very little space in my powder room which has a pedestal sink. I hate using towel rings because the towels feel so unsanitary to me after they have been used once or twice. Standard decorative paper towel holders that are wall mounted just look too clunky. This was my solution. Yes, it does have a high-end retail look to it rather than residential. And of course, I would have used a rectangular guest towel holder if I had a place to put it. But the upside is that it is compact, tidy and sanitary for my guests. And it looks nice even if a bit unexpected.
