Quality very good but missing iPhone compatible port cable
All is good but it does not have the two cables as mentioned and therefore is not compatible with iPhone or iPad.... very sad as I bought it specifically because of that and now I don’t have the time to return it..... very sad that Amazon dropped my request to send the additional cable, rather wanted me to send the product back. Which I cannot as I need to use it

Poor cable quality
We purchased about 6 months ago and the cable wire is not working. The speakers are working fine. As the cable wire is of inferior quality we are unable to use the headset now. I hope Amazon will improve product quality in future.

Defective hinge on one side
Received a defective hinge on one side...I didn't ask for a replacement as I needed it for my daughters online class...however my daughter liked everything about it...I believed Cloudtail seller and got disappointed...
