Sadly my Sams Club stopped carrying these larger bottles, so I was excited to see them offered on Prime for only a few pennies more than I was paying at Sams.I was also shocked when they were delivered... but Sams ClubWhile I will occasionally use this on beef or other items, my main use is as a base for my jerky marinade. A good mix of this stuff with some jalapenos, garlic, brown sugar and other spices, then dilute it a bit with soda, water, or beer. 24-48 hours and smoke away for some of the most flavorful jerky ever.

My local grocery store changed ownership and the new owners didn't feel the need to continue carrying this product but most of our local community depends on this foremost of their jerky and smoked meat recipes

One bottle broke in transit. It went everywhere. The other three were good though.Still worth it, best marinade ever!
