I first discovered this product when I lived in Alabama, There is no kitchen in the state that does not have a bottle of Dale's in the cupboard. Dale's is DELICIOUS! Bama knows BBQ and this is it. Flavorful with no cholesterol, and gluten free, its a must for all meat eaters! It is an amazing marinade, delicious on all meat, great for gravy making and a soup additive. If you love flavorful food, you will love Dale's. Thank you Amazon, I searched the store shelves and could not find this in ANY local markets. Finally, daah I looked and here it was! No traffic, no parking, no weather issues, it came right to the door and It is soooo good.

This is the best steak marinade we've ever used and now, it's all we use. It flavors the steak in a little as 30 minutes but can be left longer if you like a bolder taste. We do not grill our steaks without it! There is no need for a steak sauce after prepping it with this seasoning.

I've been using this stuff for 30 years. It's delicious on grilled burgers and chicken. Unfortunately, they don't carry in our local grocery store, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon at a reasonable price.

I've been using Dale's mostly for marinating extra thick cut pork chops (excellent for salmon also). I marinate the chops with Dale's and a few drops of liquid smoke overnight. Cook on the grill @ medium heat for about 8 minutes each side. I serve the pork chops thin sliced and they have so much flavor. The original Dale's is very salty so if adding to sautéed vegetables, use sparingly.

I suspect most people buy steak sauce to add flavor to lesser cuts. Last night, I tried it on some block sirloin (try it if you can find it!) and it was just super. Has a somewhat soy flavor which I quite enjoyed. I'll stick to this from here on in.

I first used Dale's Steak Seasoning when I lived in Atlanta in the U.S. 25 years ago. Steaks did not need to be marinated for very long and always came out juicy and delicious when grilled. However you can cook your steak however you like with this seasoning. You only need to use a little on a plate and sit the steak on it turning occasionally. I was therefore overjoyed to find this available via Amazon UK.Yes, its pricey at £21 for a U.S. pint bottle (which at 473 millilitres is somewhat less than the U.K. Imperial pint of 568 millilitres) but it should last me a couple of months and is a real treat. Highly recommended if you love your steaks.

Not as good as I remember, I just use Worcestershire Sauce now.

Growing up we had this on everything. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this in the UK as well. Flavor is intensely salty, so a little bit goes a LONG way.
