Easy to put together. Looks really nice. Large one perfect for a large cat.
When together very quickly. I'm totally inept (in my defense I am an economist...lol) and did it without using the directions in maybe 15-20 minutes with only a power drill. Perfect size for a large cat. The smaller cat one would be too small for our 16 pound cat.

The wood being Dry and splitting when assembling!
The wood was EXTREMELY DRY! A few of pieces split when putting it together! A bit of patching had to be done! Easier than trying to re pack it up! With that being said, once together it is adorable! I have a little 3# Chihuahua and he loves the top balcony! Looks very nice in our bedroom! Would I recommend this? Ya, probably as long as your crafty to deal with a few pieces splitting! Maybe I just got a lemon box! It happens, I know! Hopefully that's the case because it is cute!

Cute & Needed for your furry friend!
It came in a box light enough to carry. It's not a IKEA type assembly, just take your time.My Frenchie is 1 1/2, weighing 17lbs...she fits in the bottom as well as the top!Pictures will show a bit of the dimensions from picture view.Hopefully it helps out!

Stairs are terrible
This cute little house/bed was a good find. I'm not in love with the way the directions were written. Top down seemed a bit backwards to me. The stairs are awful and unsafe. They cracked when I put the screws in and are too narrow and spaced apart. My guess is these are for cats and they rebranded so dog owners would buy them. My two year old athletic yorkiepoo who climbs her way out of everything was scared to try them. My puppy fell through the whole when she tried and didn't go near that part again.I bought these cushion pup steps that are literally twice the width and now they fight for the top spot, finally using it as I'd hoped. I also painted it so it's more asthetically pleasing.I'd say great only after personal improvements. With the add ons though, I don't think it's worth the initial price listed. I could have made it.

Cute but had broken pieces
I got this for Bugs my bunny. I was disappointed at first because one of the the boards on top was broke off and two of the steps were cracked really bad. I was scared he would get hurt so I didn’t use the stairs at all, I put one of his other little houses were the stairs go so he can get on top. We had to get extra screws to attach the broken board to the top. I put a blanket on the inside so it’s cozy for him. Our bunny stays in our living room so it’s a cute addition to his area.

Not worth the cost.
I had read the reviews and took the chance anyways because I really wanted to see if my two princesses would like it. They do, however they don’t use the inside at all. The assembly was horrible, just like others wrote about the wood snapping/breaking while trying to screw it together. My husband broke it and had to put wood glue and a clamp to put it back together. We took the stairs off and bought a separate puppy stairs because I don’t even think a gerbil can climb it. The Steps are Too small!I have to end by saying, this is Not worth the $90. It’s more of a conversation piece in my foyer.
