Fabulous Service for a great product
I cant praise Lee and his team enough for the brilliant service and helpfulness they have shown.I had a massive heart attack a few weeks ago and the ambulance crew urgently needed to know my next of kin and other medications and health issues some of which are serious and might have impacted the treatment they were going to give me but I wasn't in a state to give them the info they needed and my wife wasn't there at the time.This wristband and the service that it provides would have made a massive difference if I had owned one at the time. This was a wake up call for me and when I was able to I looked around to see what was available and found YOU-ID.ME and this wristband. I looked at the other products that they stocked but as a trial, I decided to try out this .I needed to have the wristband modified slightly and I emailed the company late on a Friday night to ask if this could be done and at what cost. I got an email back from Lee (who is the MD of the company) on Saturday morning to say that it would be no problem and when I said that I would like to proceed with the order, he told me that it would be modified for me on the Sunday and shipped out on the Monday. What service!!!Bear in mind that these are not high value items and it might have been reasonable to expect a reply within a few days rather than next day. He didn't even charge me for the modification.I have made a further enquiry to the company about one of their other products and received the same great speed of response and helpfulness.I have absolutely no affiliation with this company. I cant recommend them highly enough based on my experiences so far.Thankfully, I've not had to make use of the service yet but I'm not out of the woods so its comforting to know that the info is now easily available and with the service I've chosen, my wife will get a text alert if my details are accessed by emergency services.WELL DONE AGAIN LEE AND THANKS

Fantastic product! Arrived much earlier than expected which was great! I bought this for my son who has just started high school, I needed to know that should anything unexpected happen all of his medical information is easily accessible.The band allows you to store any medication he takes and allergies which he suffers from. It also gives access to emergency contact details.I came across a small problem with setup and emailed the seller Lee. I have to say his approach to dealing with the issue was first class. He responded to my email within minutes and offered his direct number to call him on which I did. Within minutes of talking to Lee he resolved my issue and I could not praise the customer experience enough.Don't look anywhere else if you are considering one of these for a loved one or a friend. You just simply can't go wrong with Vital ID.

Bought for my husband who likes to go out walking. He has vascular dementia and I was worried that if he were to have an accident he would forget to tell the medical services he is on blood thinning medication. There is also space to put emergency contact numbers. Gives me some peace of mind that if he ever gets lost someone will be able to contact me or our GP. The velcro fastening makes it easy for him to put on and take off himself - although because it is comfortable to wear I have noticed that he tends to leave it on all the time now.

Woven, not metal, velcro fastening
This sturdy woven medic alert bracelet is very good. Like the velcro fastening, as I am allergic to some metals and sometimes struggle with buckles or catches. Good if you have computer access and can log details to correspond to the bracelet ID number. I put mine on every time I go out now and find this gives peace of mind.

Not the most discrete ID around
Easy to create and set up a free online account. It's very comfortable to wear but some people may have difficulty securing it to their wrist as theres nothing to loop it through like you would with a watch or buckle. It indicates it's a medical I'din big writing on it which I didn't realise when purchasing it but if you're looking for something discrete, this isnt it! Overall I'm happy with the product as its comfortable to wear and does what I want it to.

Great service.
Had a problem with logging on initially but emailed the supplier and had an email from Lee 5 minutes after mine and a phone call from him 8 minutes after the initial email. After finding the problem I had replacement bits within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service from Lee and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. So much so that I've made 2 further purchases since then. Brilliant service.

Not as effective as first appearance suggests
Excellent service in delivery. The bracelet seems an effective means of communication of essential medical information. However, once packaging is open it became clear that the Velcro band is bulky for me and has too limited space for providing my medical information. The bracelet may also be difficult to clean. This item cannot be returned for a refund once packaging has been opened. Other bracelets with engraved information may be a better purchase.
